Perfect location. We came to Coffs for a sports event at the Coffs sport ground. These cabins were close enough to the grounds to pop home if we needed anything. Whilst they could do with updating, it was clean, practical, and a good size for our family of four. Would book here again.

Great retro self contained cabin. Would benefit from a shabby chic makeover to improve rating. If you are over 6' tall you will struggle with the beds. Friendly community feel among the cabins and wonderful host. Perfect for an overnight or extended stay. Will definitely consider staying again

I must admit I thought Id booked a cabin at the Big 4 next door. So I was a little disappointed. However the stay was still nice, the bed comfortable and its a good size for a family. Our particular cabin could have used a bigger TV but it wasnt really an issue.

Just don't stay here. It is filthy and the mangers/owners have no qualms about renting dirty cabins out. It isn't so much that it is oudated and shabby, but that it is bereft of any kind of cleanliness. I stayed elsewhere and my brother tolerated it.

Entire premises was sooo run down! Was a bit of a shock when I turned up. I stay down in Coffs 4/5 times a year as my best friend lives there and I won’t be staying here again. Poor communication from managers and then they had the nerve to call me as I was travelling home accusing me of having other people staying just because my kids decided to sleep in different beds on the 2nd night. Was not a friendly call at all!

This property needs a major update. Repairs badly needed. Taps dripping, paint pealing, doors don’t close properly, blue toilet and sink in bad repair ,etc. Wifi was very poor.
Liked the spaciousness of our suite and location of the property.

The property is very old and in poor condition. The photos are not a true representation of the property. We walked in to a smell in the cabin coming from the bathroom. Curtains are faded and don't block out light. Layout of living area is awkward, even though it is spacious. Beds were uncomfortable, especially the children's. Lots of marks and cracks on walls. Outside surroundings look unkept also.
