I rung them the day before to organise things and got great customer service which continued on check in. The room was a good size, with all I needed for the 1 night. Good price. I will happily stay there again next time.

There where nice under the fridge, disgusting and the dishwasher didn't work, it smelt like it had sat there with water in it for months. Disgusting and not even close to a premium room.

Apartment was dirty upon checkin, hair on bathroom walls and kitchen utensils not washed. Smelled horrible too. For a week stay not enough toilet roll provided, the fan extractor for cooking didn’t work and no fan in bathroom so steam and smells from cooking and showering lingered. One window didn’t stay open too as was broken.

ホテルの情報をしっかり見ずに到着日を迎えてしまった私達が悪いのですが、スタッフがフロントにいないタイプのホテルが初めてで、かなり困惑しました。 チェックイン前に「いつチェックインですか?」というメールが来ているのに気付かず到着すると、鍵がかかっており、ホテルの写真にあった綺麗なフロントは電気が消えており誰も居ません。そこでメールに気付きましたが、スマホは海外で電話できる設定ではなく(英語もできないし)、リプライボタンを押しても、リプライ画面にリンクしてくれないし、本当に困りました。 なんとか近くに居た人に助けてもらい、チェックインできました。 チェックイン時間と、オートロックの番号の確認は、自国内にいる間にすませることをお勧めします。 エクスペディアのメールのリプライは、アプリのホーム画面の右下のメッセージボタンからできます。 中は広くてトイレもソファも広かったですが、とにかく寒すぎました。ちっちゃいヒーターは全く効かず、外よりずっと冷えていました。 シャワーも熱いか冷たいかの2択を一般毎に行き来する感じで、とにかく難しかったです。 タオルは交換なしです。 ホテルのサイトには色々サービス書いてますが、スタッフが居ないので、サービスは特にありません。Wi-Fiもわかりませんでした。 まあ、あの価格であの広さで、食器やキッチン使い放題は破格です。

Well, we booked for 3, but turned up, and there was only 2 beds. Couldnt get hold of the manager, so had to book a hotel across the road for a third. Tried to get a refund for the 3rd person, but nope, not "approved". Apartment had a moldy smell to it when we arrive, we later found out it was the broken dishwasher with dirty stale water in the bottom of it. Then, on Saturday night, another guest cooked up some really stinky shellfish, and the stench hung around to morning. Not a great experience, topped off by getting charged for 3 people, when we could only sleep 2. Oh, and when looking to see if the sofa was a bed, discovered all number of items under the cushion.

The place stunk. The hallways and my room all smelt terrible. Apart from a friendly girl at check in the whole experience was bad. Very noisy room. Do not disturb sign on my door but I was continually disturbed. Even after checking out at 10:00 I was called to ask why I was still in the room at 12:00. Staff need more training about Do not Disturb sign and the place needs a deep clean and to be repainted to hide some of the smell.

They require a $300 deposit on your credit card to stay. This charge has not been canceled and now I have to chase it up with them to get it back. Very annoying! Room was noisy, tv had no free to air and Netflix was in Spanish.

Location was great, however the room (superior apartment) was incredibly noisy, not just from street noise. The air conditioning unit was quite old and made a lot of noise, the room was far too hot without it on and it struggled to cool it. There was no sink in the kitchen and it was difficult to fill water bottles and the kettle in the bathroom. We would not stay again.

Terrible stay. Reception not open during the day. after waiting almost an hour for them to return from lunch break, we got told we could leave our bags...but reception still not open for another 40mins. This was all around 1pm. This closure was not advertised and meant we missed a lot of our australian open tennis session. Then reception closes at 5pm so had to leave tennis early to return to get bags. None of this was communicated in advance, a terrible experience. No apology provided nor anything remotely akin to customer service. Room condition very poor with hair in shower drain. Would not return. Terrible experience.

The apartment was quite dirty. Cleaning and changing of bed sheets and towel were done only at my insistence. But the biggest problem is that I never got a refund of the AUD 300 deposit I paid on my arrival. On the day of departure I was told that I would receive the money directly on my credit card, but this never happened. I wrote many emails but never got a reply. I was told on the phone that they would get back to me by email but this never happened. Basically they kept my money without right and without giving any explanation. In legal terms I think it's theft.

We tried to stay here for a weekend in one of the serviced apartments, the room we booked "didn't exist anymore" and he room we ended up in was 1/4 of the size, was filthy and had tape holding the shower head together. Staff were not helpful at all, other reviews suggest this is a regular occurance. We left and stayed somewhere else at a huge expense just to get out. Avoid at all costs.
