Excellent. Some lighting didn’t work in the room but this wasn’t a big issue for us. Staff at check in and out were super friendly and all the male staff that served us at Santini were super friendly. Great rooms super comfy and love the Kevin Murphy products and Dyson dryer!!

We loved our stay at QT Perth. The location. Is accessible to transport. Rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms divine. We stayed for eight nights and would certainly return.

Really liked this hotel and room was lovely. Many reviews say lighting is a bit offy and i would agree, one bigger light would be better than all the spotlights but it didnt dampen my stay.
I booked a king room specifically because it had a bath but unfortunately it took me 30 mins to run a bath that barely covered my legs so a bit disappointing but again, thats a personal preference and i would stay again.
All the movies are free which is a bonus and room service was fast and efficient.
Cows milk alternatives would be nice as im vegan but rarely happens in hotels and the nespresso coffee machine was fab, as was the dyson hairdryer and the very comfortable bath robes. Staff super friendly and helpful.
All in all, i would recommend but maybe avoid public holidays as limited services during this time.

For the price I paid I was expected a much better hotel. Can’t actually order food after 9pm at the room service. And even before 9pm, the food has never been fresh.
Breakfast is not a buffet, you have to order a la care from a small menu.
They are very proud of their “roof top” but it’s more like a high rise restaurant, with balcony, and it’s not even open for lunch.
I have used the laundry service but they left some stains on my pants.
I requested my shirts to be folded (3$ per unit) and they brought them on hanger. It took them another extra day to fold. Very poor experience.

Stayed at the recommendation of my sister in law who's a local to Perth. She told us about their roof top bar and cool style but even with that heads up, we didn't expect to be blown away at the sweet design, attention to detail and overall awesome experience of staying here for a night. The rooms are so cool you want to just stay in but the location was too good to ignore and you have to go exploring. The bars at QT are each thoughtfully and professionally designed- this is worth a stay just to appreciate the visual curation of the rooms, halls and common areas. Overall very pleased, food and drink were top notch and I will be thrilled to have a chance to go back.
