Raffles apartments are in a perfect location for all the restaurants and shops as well as the beach at Mooloolaba. Our apartment was a two-bedroom ocean view which was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It felt a bit small and poky and a little dated but it was big enough for the two of us for 11 days whilst working in Maroochydore. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils. The washing machine was a very handy item with a thoughtfully provided drying rack as well as a dryer. There is secure lift access to the carpark where we had a designated parking spot. Coles is across the road as well as multiple bars and restaurants that make it hard to choose where to try next. The apartments are one block back from the beach but we had a wedge-shaped view of the beach from our balcony which we loved. A new building will be started soon between the apartment and the beach and depending on how high it goes, that view might go too. Hope not!

A very comfortable bed & apartment had all the necessary amenities. Only draw-back was it was difficult to the climb into & out of the spa-shower in main bathroom. Overall, a very nice apartment with easy access to shops, restaurants etc.

Raffles is lovely, really clean and well provisioned and well positioned with just about everything you need within walking distance. Our weekend was really wet, but despite that, we enjoyed some relaxing time in both the pool and the spa.

Great location. A short walk to the beach and to multiple cafes, restaurants and a major supermarket.
Easy lift access to rooms on all floors from the garage.
I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings (its worth paying the extra for a balcony with a sea view).
The spa bath and a sizeable pool were also appreciated.
I hope to return again next year - says it all.

Excellent managers, very friendly and helpful.
Good position with easy walking access to Coles and the main street with a good variety of restaurants to choose from. The beach is over the road with a short walk to the patrolled area.
We would recomend Raffles as a great place to stay!
