Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth

This property suited us and gave us all that we wanted . The beds were really comfy and I slept like a top. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

This is the first time I've stayed at this location and it definitely will not be the last. Lets start with checkin. The staff were so inviting and welcoming to not just me but many others that were also checking in at the same time. The staff must commended on how they treated customers, which for some, have travelled a long way from home and want to feel relaxed upon arrival. The room was amazing with great amenities and appointments. Newly completed renovations set a great standard and was not a disappointment. I though i had an issue with the air con as it felt like it was not cooling down, but I had left the window open so cooled the room quickky after that. Internet speeds were good and no issues with the technology. The bathroom was generous in size and enough amenities to make the most discerning traveller be grateful. The restaurant attached to the hotel had the best steak and the most generous cob loaf ever which went down well after a long drive. To sum up, definitely will be staying here again and it is a credit to the team here that made it worthwhile. The management must be commended on their choice of staff.

A really easy motel to find, plenty of parking, no road noise, the most helpful manager and his staff also. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back.9
