Seaspray Apartments

Apartment great for couple's holiday so comfortable with wonderful views. We had everything we needed including rooftop bar-b-que area and locked up garage. Would definitely booked this cosy very clean apartment within walking distance to stunning Yamba beach again gladly.

Great apartment with 3 levels very spacious and comfortable living areas. Enjoyed the roof top escpecilly with views of the ocean. Pacific Hotel within walking distance. Just a great location can't wait to go back there.

L J Hooker was great with correspondence from booking to going in. The hotel was tidy and clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy, but the remote for the bedroom TV was missing. The lounges were horrible to sit in, you just sunk when you sat on them. The bulb was missing from the upstairs toilet, and there was no plug for the kitchen sink. Overall, it was a nice quite spot, with views to the ocean. The Hotel was a two minute walk up the road and it was close to a coffee shop. The main street shops were about a 7 minute walk away, nice going down, but a little hilly coming back if you wanted to do your grocery shop.

Not well maintained (compared to other apartments in the complex), broken furniture, chipped crockery, no soap or shampoo, peices of rust falling off outdoor furniture

Nice quiet area close to beach and a lovely little town. Bit cold in sleeping area as aircon doesn't heat the downstairs.

Very good, very clean. We stayed in apartment 3, note the corners of the bed frame stick out, we knocked our shins on them many times, it wasn't an ideal bed frame to have in any apartment ever!! but otherwise it was a great little apartment very clean and close to the beach.

Great views of the ocean from your balconies. Spacious, 3 floors, comfortable, well stocked kitchen (utensils and cooking equipment), bbq on the top deck, garage. Walking distance to the main shopping centre, beaches.

Great location across road from patrolled Main Beach Yamba and within walking distance (just) of other beaches and shops. Accomm was clean and tidy with a view of the ocean from the balcony

I can't tell you about my experience at the sea spray beacause it was double booked so I had to find somewhere else to stay.

Peaceful self contained villa a short walk to cafes, shops & beach.

The unit we stayed in was 7 at Seaspray. It was clean and very well fitted out. The 2nd bedroom has no wardrobe nor anywhere to hang clothes. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. I would go there again.

Lovely clean apartment, very handy to everything, great having a lock up garage.

While we didn't take advantage of the kitchen facilities and other areas, we had run of the house and the owner was most accommodating. We rented a queen room with ensuite washroom, which was ample for our one-night stay. In addition to three ensuite queen rooms, there are also fully self-contained one- and two-bedroom apartments, with their own kitchen facilities.

Good: Nice view from the balcony and roof terrace. Unit big enough for 3 adults. Good possition for beach and shops. Bad:The shower head we had to remove and clean before we could shower. Not sure how other people had managed, but we got it working relatively well. The bathroom was really smelly when we arrived - not sure if the expell air was working, so we needed to air the bathroom out via the bedroom, (no window in the bathroom to open). Some of the kitchen wear could have done with a clean/replaced, (tin opener really rusty). Unit has very thin walls - could hear next door so not too good if your a light sleeper. No wardrobe in second bedroom.

Great stay garage was a bonus , kitchen well equipped and rooms nicely dressed enjoy stay very much

It's always tricky booking and paying for accommodation sight unseen, but my sisters and I were pleasantly surprised with this apartment.

The apartment had everything we needed for a family holiday, when the TV in the main bedroom wasn't working the owner came straight away to fix it

Beautiful town with great beaches and friendly laid back atmosphere. Great fresh seafood available locally by the wharf.
