It was okay bed was not comfy, property is abit out dated, bathroom had ants? And broken tiles.

Did not have a reception

Very clean and had all that was needed

quiet and walkable

I liked the location and overall the property

2nd time staying here, easy to deal with, easy access, great for the price...clean, comfortable, will be back next year again!

The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Position of motel a little noisy, but room was certainly served its purpose

Nice spot, was not prepared for the hilly terrain of Narooma. I will know next time.

Property needs an upgrade, skirting boards don’t meet floor and we had a lizard in our room, disappointed with room but didn’t pay too much for it.

Very very basic; bathroom needs an upgrade ugently.

Beds were on wheels so every time we moved in bed or hoped in bed it moved and the shower did not have a screen door, and the light in the bathroom kept turning off during showers

I showed up to check in for my reservation at 6:30 pm only to find no one there. I was meant to receive an email with a check in code but they had never sent it. I checked spam. I couldn’t reach them via message through lastminute and their phone system wouldn’t accept my call without the code. I had to find other accommodations at the last minute. I’m very angry.

Very old property, and very small room. Would rather pay a bit more in future for somethi8ng better.

Good location and the staff interaction was ok. Motel rooms were good with facilities adequate but outside needs work - parts of the outside area falling apart

Not good value for money at $140/night. Sink too small to fill even small drink bottle let alone kettle. Shower missing door or curtain, bathroom door difficult to close. TV could not access streaming services, fridge very iced up and smallest I have seen in any accommodation. Would not recommend

I have stayed in budget accommodation before, but this was by far the worst for cleanliness. The screens on the bathroom windows are broken and the windows cannot be closed so we had mosquitoes throughout our stay. The rooms smelled extremely musty and strong cigarette smell. Lots of dust on shelves, vents, air condition (which blows directly onto the kitchen sink/food prep area). Pool was filthy too. The owners need to ensure a thorough cleaning is being done and fix up broken screens. Thankfully the bed was clean.

The location. Even though it was close to a busy highway, it was still peaceful and quiet.
