Chegamos tinha um presentinho especial para as crianças no quanto.
Nos deram um quarto com vista pro palácio Belvedere.

The room is very tidy and clean, and also very new. Although this hotel is not close to the city center, the transportation is not too inconvenient. Given its very reasonable price, the slight inconvenience of transportation is not an issue at all. The only downside is that my room faces the railway tracks, and there is some noise from passing trains at night, but it’s not too loud.

The hotel was very good, clean rooms and polite staff.
However, we were not told that the Spa would be closed for maintenance during our stay and this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

지금까지 다녀본 호텔중에 가장 나쁜 호텔입니다. 서비스가 가장 나빴으며. 객실은 시끄럽고 더럽고. 사우나는 냄새나고 청소를 하지 않고. 조식 음식은 먹을수 없었습니다. 가격대비 아주 나쁜 호텔입니다. 비엔나의 하얏트는 물론이고. 다른 지역의 하얏트 호텔에도 앞으로 숙박할 생각이 전혀 없습니다. 결혼 10주년 여행을 망쳤습니다.

Beautiful hotel with well-appointed room. Design is the perfect combination of sleek modern style with vintage touches. Generous sized room with lots of lovely personal features.
Friendly, helpful reception staff, great gym and spa facilities and location is very close to the central train station and the Belvedere museum.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was superb, food and beverage very good and facility was excellent. The location was very convenient for the main train/metro station and walkable to the old town section of Vienna.

Rummet var jättefint med smarta lösningar och servicen var toppen. Room service var snabb och maten var mycket bra.
Mitt enda klagomål är att sängen var ganska hård och det saknades större huvudkuddar som stöd när man exempelvis läser eller tittar på tv.

- huge diagonal column in middle of room
- loud room, fan noise even with ac/heating off
- sauna only open 10-17, information hard to find
- loud music in lift
Such a restricted room should only be offered with discount and/or free breakfast at the very least.
Overall, not nearly as good as other Hyatt properties, like The Standard Bangkok, Park Hyatt Vienna, Hyatt Regency Seattle.
