Steiner Residences Vienna Augarten

Für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gute Lage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Einkaufen und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür. Appartments sind besser als Hotelzimmer. Leider kein Fahrstuhl und keine Möglichkeit, vorher Einfluss darauf zu nehmen, dass man nicht in die 2. Etage kann wegen gesundheitlichen Gründen

Before we get the confirmation they send a photos of the room but it was for one of there rooms not the one been booked for us....Before we pay and confirmation we coudent knew the wright time for check in and check out which wasn't good for us

Fint rom nær kollektivtransport og butikk. Flott å gå ut av rommet og tur i Augarten. Rent og fint.

Although not in the centre of Vienna, there are several tram stops only few minutes' walk from the apartment and you can walk to the centre in 20 minutes. The apartment has been finished to a high standard and is also well suited for people staying longer than a couple of nights as there is a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. The only downside was the curtains. They weren't at all black-out so as soon as the sun rose we were awake. Make sure you take your eye mask with you!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen und mit den Öffentlichen sehr gut angebunden. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

The apartment is next to a few "night clubs" with sex workers offering services. However there were no issues and we felt safe. There was a Spar shop nearby. Tram stops were also nearby so the traffic was quite noisy. Buying tickets on the tram are more expensive than at the station. The apartment layout was weird with the toilet at the entrance. Apparently it is common for the toilet to be separated from the main bathroom in Austria. The apartment is quite old and the bedroom window was drafty and a bit mouldy. We stayed in mid-Dec when there was very strong wind and it made the bedroom very cold. The underfloor heating in the apartment was not evenly distributed and the heating in the bedroom was not working properly, so we requested this to be fixed. The property management claimed to have fixed it and said the apartment was very hot but disregarded the inadequate bedroom heating. When I contested this, the lady came up to the apartment in the evening, did not even bother to say hello, no pleasantries whatsoever, started reprimanding us about how we messed up the thermostat and the apartment was so warm. Eventually she did acknowledge that the windows in the bedroom is drafty as the apartment is old. We were shocked by the lack of hospitality. If the bedroom is cold, at least offer your guests extra blankets/duvets. This is the common practice in many countries but not in this apartment. My partner caught a cold as a result. This place is overpriced, service is poor

We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response which sounds greedy to me. We would have appreciated a courtesy checkout at 12-noon. We would recommend but don't expect accommodation to your needs.

Very basic accommodation. The flat could not be locked from the inside. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The curtains were very thin which was not great for sleeping in summer. The pots and pans were dirty. The pull out bed was quite uncomfortable. The place was not very clean. It’s very convenient for getting around, right beside 2 tram lines and a lovely big park. It gets good light in the daytime as there are two big windows in the living room. Wi-Fi worked fine. Big enough for a family of 4. No lift and two circular staircases - was not an issue for us.

Ottima struttura con tutti i comfort. Da italiano vorrei fare solo un appunto... Assenza di bidet e wc in uno stanzino posto all'ingresso della casa e non all'interno della stanza da bagno. Struttura senza a ascensore pertanto se capitate al terzo piano...un po' di fatica.

This was just a great place!!! we will be staying a bit longer defenitly recomend

Excellent property, well equipped and extremely clean! Only small feedback I have is would feel slightly safer if there was another lock on the front door but Vienna is safe anyway. Would definitely come back! Right outside great public transport networks and some good supermarkets nearby!

Leider dieses Mal teilweise morgens etwas zu laut, aber aufgrund der für uns guten Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten kommen wir immer wieder gerne darauf zurück.

The property has an excellent location and is nice. It was a perfect place for us except the round staircase with no lift. Getting luggage up and down for 3 people was quite the chore. Tram stations are just outside and can get you anywhere.

Eine Residenz wie auf den Fotos war das auf der Bordellstraße leicht abgwohnte Appartement 12 mit durchgelegener Matratze, undichen Duschkopf zwar nicht. Aber die Größe und Lage am Augarten waren für mitte September in Punkto Preis-Leistung zufriedenstellend

Loved the apartment & its quiet location. Super SPAR & artisan bakery very close.

Loved the location! Not in the middle of the Inner city, but the super accessible tram made it just minutes away! The Spar was super close too. The reception was also super helpful with any issues we had. The super easy to use guest portal had a handy chat function! Loved the full kitchen and the mobile aircon unit saved us from the heat!

Stort sett bra på alla fronter. Bra belägenhet och mycket bra utrustad lägenhet. En bra butik nära. Spårvagn alldeles utanför.

Das Türschließsystem war toll, ohne Schlüssel die Anlage zu betreten. Sofortige Abhilfe bei Problem. Super verkehrsgünstig um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal das ich dort war.

A few tram stops from the city centre, so advisable to buy a public transport passe (24h, 48h or 72 h) during the stay. Good value for the price. Kitchen fully equipped if you want to cook yourself, or at least make your own breakfast.
