Ramee California Juffair

Shower drain was stopped up and there was not hot water to take a shower. Rooms need updating but I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap room for business trip

The rooms are old and in disparate need of update and upgrade. Even though this property is rated 4 stars its worse than it sounds. I had a very bad experience staying two nights. The shower was not working properly and the shower box floor was leaking water into the rest of the bathroom, there was a cockroach on the mirror in the bedroom and the room reeked of cigarette smell, after I complained to the management, they were very understanding and helpful, they changed my room to a better room in the 4th floor. However the club in the 9th floor was so loud I could hear the music until the club closed at 2:30am. The staff were very nice, helpful, polite, friendly and understanding. The location is not bad, shopping centers are within walking distance.

Needs to be remodel and to have a good insulation for the smoke. It was too much smoke coming in my room for it to be a no smoking room.

This is a good hotel which I would recommend anyone to stay in. The manager; Deep, and his staff were very friendly and engaged with their hotel customers (if things were raised or needed, they worked quickly to address) . The food at the restaurant was very good and I recommend persons selecting this as an option when they book. The only thing I would helpfully encourage this hotel to undertake is a maintenance and repairs project of its bathrooms, fridges, and the beautiful wood fascias adorning the restaurant, lobby and bedrooms. The near circular view as you look down from the balconies to the foyer is very good (much like the very beautiful Best Western rectanglular setup in Muscat when I stayed there in September). Overall though it's still 4 out of 5 rating and combined with its Juffair location a good location in which to stay. Handy tip; Room 501 had a great window view of the main thoroughfare road into Juffair although the rooms are not soundproof you genuinely can get a great nights sleep... I did for my entire 8days there

The services are just disgusting and deplorable. INTERNET - ABSOLUTELY WORST WASHROOM - BODY GEL NOT PROVIDED / Upon inquiry, was informed that this item is not being provided BREAKFAST - WORST EVER I HAVE SEEN 2ND DAY - WENT OUTSIDE FOR BREAKFAST 22 US $ MUST BE REFUNDED

Booked a single bed they gave my room out and i had to have to smaller beds. Room wants kept well, now shower gel in the shower and only one towel in the bathroom

Entertainment in Buffalo's bar and grill. This was my second time in a year that I stayed here. The staff is lackluster overall and have difficulty with English language and general customer service skills.

Room service was good and usually prompt. Hotel room are dated, bathroom had areas with mould. Hot water takes good 10 -15 mins to arrive, worst I have seen so far. I had extended my stay with another website and prepaid, but I checked out a day earlier, front desk guy advised me to contact the booking site, when I contacted them, they spoke to the hotel and were told I checked out a day later. When i provided evidence of my exit stamp from the country, they changed the story saying i did not inform them about my checkout, which is completely false and dishonest, I will not be using Ramee again.

My room while a little dated was very comfortable. Room service is cash only which was a little strange. The Buffalo restaurant and bar had great food and a terrific live band. Airport pickup and return was efficient and free but the vehicle needs an upgrade. Drivers very helpful and friendly. First time I felt the taxis were taking advantage so get a price before getting in. Juffair is near navy base so lots of young people around the area.

good location , friendly staff , nice for the money you pay , i would recommend for the budget , the restaurant is not great but you get what you pay , staff is very nice and helpful , juffair msll is very close to the hotel , i would recommend

Close to nice bars and live music restaurants ... the hotel is clean and good staff

The hotel has been operated for 3 years and everything is new. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants; so all you need for daily life is here. People are nice and everyone speaks English.
