Spent 3 weeks at the Sea Shell Hotel and was very happy. The staff was amazing & always helpful, the room simply furnished however had plenty of storage, a working mini fridge, air conditioning, plenty of hot water, a deep shower/tub combo & even a doorbell. Had English speaking 24hr movie channel, online order app for many restaurants & groceries as well as other services delivered to the room(and they took credit cards or cash). Across from the front door is a restaurant, there was a menu in the room. I also can't add anything to the hotel breakfast. I didn't have a car so parking was never a problem however if one needed parking might be a problem. For my personal needs the Sea Shell was amazing & if I'm ever in Manama again(I did hug the tree of life which fabel has it I will be back) I will head right back to the Sea Shell Hotel!

Great budget option near Adliya and all of the bars, restaurants, and shwarma joints in Adliya. Friendly staff. Rooms come with AC, small fridge, hot water, and TV with satellite. Parking on-site can be a bit of squeeze, but I've never had a problem. If you need a PCR test for onward travel, the Al-Hilal Hospital is less than a 10-min walk from the hotel. Not a 5 star hotel, but for value for money, I give it 5 stars. Recommended!

It was in a pretty safe but active part of town which I liked. The bed was really uncomfortable and hard. Truly one of the worst sleep experiences I've ever had. You get what you pay for so keep your expectations low

It is OK if it costs 30 US dollars, but for this price in a 3 stars hotel, I don't recommend this hotel. The room wasn't dirty but old. There were no hand towels in the room, which was inconvenient. There was also no hair dryer, and when I asked the front desk for one, he said there was none available to rent. Also, I stayed 3 nights and on both days there was no housekeeping and no towel change, so I needed to contact the front desk and asked them to just change the towels. Moreover, if you have a room facing the street, the noise from the road will disturb your sleep because the windows are not airtight.

When i reached the hotel, they refused to welcome me in my booking claiming the check-in start at 2PM i reached the hotel at 8 Oclock morning. They did not offer me to pay extra charge to stay on. on expedia website they did not even mention the check in timing. What an experience!!!!
