Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. La chambre spacieuse et confortable (matelas dur mais pour une nuit c'est bien). Petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! We came into town for a concert and booked the triple room. The check in lady Clara was super kind and friendly. We liked the vibe and design of the hotel itself as well as our room. Everything was very clean and we forgot to hang the do not clean sign out and when we came back the maids had folded our clothes that we’d left out. The free coffee, water, and tea were also a very nice surprise! Location was very good and close to lots of transportation options but also had a lot of shops, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. Also no bed bugs which is a plus! Overall would highly recommend and stay here again if I visit Brussels!

Séjour tout à fait convenable, le petit-déjeuner est excellent et le personnel ultra-sympathique.
Attention toutefois il n'y a pas de salle d'arcades comme mentionné sur Hotels.com et la salle de cinéma est uniquement à privatiser moyennant monnaie, il serait bon de le repréciser sur votre site.

Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In etwa einer halben Stunde ist man fußläufig in der Stadt an den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Flur des Hotelgangs bzw. der Teppich hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen. Es riecht ein wenig muffig.

Boa localizacao, se vc nao tem problemas em andar a pé para curtir a cidade. Cerca de 2km do centro histórico e do centro comercial, para quem gosta de olhar lojas. Tb tem restaurantes e supermercados nas proximidades.

The hotel decor was lovely great first impressions when you walk through to reception. The staff we interacted with where all welcoming and friendly. We only stayed for a few nights and opted to not have the daily clean and had two €10 vouchers to use at the bar which was nice. I wish I hadn't opted for breakfast as it wasn't the best and it was the same thing everyday, the pancakes on the last morning of our stay was a nice surprise. Having the little room on our floor with coffee facilities, a fridge, iron, water machine was handy. Would have been handy to have tea/hot chocolate available too. My only concern was the shower coming out it's bracket on the wall, I didn't want it to fall out completely. We notified reception but it wasn't looked at while there. Overall the stay was fine, we would stay again (without breakfast) due to the location. I'd recommend to family and friends.

Be carefull with location/brussel There are thieves around hotel, we stayed only one night and someone got in our car in front of hotel and stole everything we purchased . When I asked front desk they did not care at all, they just made sure charging city taxes
