Chambre 101 très petite et surtout pas du tout insonorisé on entend tout bruit de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur. Les lumières des voitures traversent les rideaux.

La habitación era super calida, muy amplia y la cama increíble. El personal super amable intentando hablar español con nosotros. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y pudimos dejar las maletas alli. Todo estuvo genial!!! Volveremos!

My room (in the Annex) was tiny but comfortable and the staff were simply fabulous.

Das Zimmer war sauber, allerdings hat es im Gang derart gestunken, dass es mir übel wurde. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut gelegen, in der Nähe hat es eine U-Bahn. Ich war im Nebengebäude und direkt an der Strasse sowie an der Eingangstüre zum Gebäude. Es war laut und jedesmal, wenn eine Person in das Gebäude eingetreten ist, schien mir als würde die Türe gleich im Zimmer knallen.

A budget hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. My room was small, but it worked great. Location was not bad either, I was only 20 minutes from the international train lines

I booked two rooms—one for my parents (2 adults), and one for myself, my husband, and our 18-month-old daughter. I had included my daughter in the reservation and even emailed the hotel beforehand to request a cot, but when we arrived there was none available. To make matters worse, there were only two towels in the room, with nothing provided for her. When I asked for an extra towel and the cot, I was told they could only be brought the next morning, as housekeeping had already left. Since we were only staying one night, that effectively meant nothing would be done, despite the hotel knowing in advance that we were traveling with a child. The room given to us was also extremely small, with a tiny bed that the three of us had to share due to the missing cot. On top of that, there was leftover cleaning product on the toilet lid, which was unpleasant and showed a lack of proper attention to cleanliness. Meanwhile, my parents’ room—booked at the exact same price—was huge, with a balcony, a large bed, and even a hot tub. The difference in quality was shocking. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. They don’t honor special requests, even when made ahead of time, the cleaning was careless, and the quality of the room you receive seems to come down to pure luck. Unfortunately, if you’re not lucky, you’ll end up in a very poor room like we did.

We had a good stay at this hotel for 5 nights. The location was great and there were nice cafes around. The size of the room and bathroom were good and the breakfast buffet was good too. The only downside was the fridge would turn off when we took the power out for the day so we couldnt store anything without it heating up. Also the bathroom had a terrible smell

O quarto tinha um bom espaço, o banheiro era grande e a localização era excelente.

First time in Granada. Walkable distance to Alhambra. Safe neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay!

I didnt know that the room was in another building, away from the reception. But its not that, is that the building is very warm inside, there were no air condition. And rooms are very very tiny. At least for the warm They had to open the Windows and keep it like that to change the air with the curtains closed to not make warmer the room with sunlight.. When I came and I open the door. It felt like a oven.. Its not that comfortable.

Nos alojamos 4 noches y todo muy correcto, el desayuno no lo teníamos contratado, el trato de la gente de recepción fue siempre agradable, sobre todo el de Eva

Hotellet var ok, størrelese på rom vae bra, bodde i annexet. Frokost også ok. Men hotellrom i Brussel uten A/C er ikke akseptabelt

The hotel was spotless, the bed super comfy and the room was spotless. Value for money was first class and I would recommend this hotel very highly.

Rooms are comfortable and was perfect for a couple of nights

The room had a fresh, modern look, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking:one day the room wasn’t cleaned at all, and another time it only happened after repeated requests. Surfaces seemed neglected. The room also had no proper heating, and street noise was constant, mostly due to poor window insulation. Staff responses to issues weren’t helpful. With better maintenance and attention to the very basics, this place could be much better.

The reception was nice and kind except for the time when I checked in. There were a few steps to the room but it was okay. The room was small but enough to relax. However, the toilet was too close to the sink.
