Wonderful experience, the hotel is super easy to get to buy public transit, the staff is extremely helpful the the accommodations are clean, well kept and spacious. The room that me and my partner stayed had a bathtub which she loved after a long day walk around the city. The small kitchen is very useful l to prepare quick meals/breakfast where otherwise you might need to buy beforehand

We had a wonderful stay at this place. We were traveling as a family and this place was perfect. We had a two story room which gave us enough room to spread out. Room was clean, and so was the bathroom. There was a grocery store very nearby to get few items of daily use. They had few dishes and an everything you need in a kitchen which was perfect to heat and eat our leftovers. The town center was close by and we found it was nice to walk back to the hotel after a heavy dinner. Great place if you are looking to stay as a family.

Bien localisé, bcp de transports à proximité, supermarché, restaurants, bars ... J'y étais de lundi à vddi. Premier soir, un monsieur très aimable. Les soirs suivants, une dame très désagréable, impolie, limite agressive. Elle s'est mal tenue avec d'autres clients également. Globalement depuis la rénovation l'établissement présente bien. Il y a une machine à café en accès libre. Lit catastrophique, on sent les ressorts du matelas. Des cheveux de femme partout dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Ca ne vaut pas du tout le prix.

En general , està todo bien. Muy cerca del metro , y a pie un paseo de 20 a 30 minutos. La habitación està muy bien amplia con una cocina pequeña y funcional bien equipada. La cafetera de la recepción se agradece mucho por la mañana y cuando llegats por la noche . Tiene plancha que va muy bien , aunque la mestra no funcionava.

The hotel lobby had been recently renovated so when you walked in the place was stunning. The rooms on the other hand are a bit dated. Clean and fine for staying in but nothing fancy. Staff were fantastic and super helpful. There is a great supermarket just 30 seconds away and a few nice restaurants for breakfast/tea. The location is at the top of the Brussels city hill walking into the centre takes about 20-25 mins stroll down hill but the return is a little bit of a slog uphill so be prepared, nothing too hard but noteworthy. Local tram and underground stations very close 2-3 min walk. Overall good place, good price

El apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con dos baños , muy limpio a nuestra llegada, el único problema es que hemos estado una semana y solo han venido a limpiarlo un día. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables, pero había una obra justo al lado y a las 7 de la mañana ya había mucho ruido. Había café y agua gratis en el vestíbulo, lo cual nos ha parecido un gran detalle por parte del hotel hacia los huéspedes. En general muy bien, hemos estado muy a gusto.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel por 3 días y es muy recomendable! La habitación es amplia y el baño cuenta con una buena bañera, que no siempre es la regla. Además de tener el buen gesto de incluir en la recepción el uso de la cafetera y una máquina de cargar agua de forma gratuita. Optamos por incluir el desayuno y en ese sentido tal vez no es todo lo que esperábamos. Por 18€ por persona se puede agregar, no está mal ni tampoco fue el mejor, aunque el espacio físico ofrecido está perfectamente diseñado; pero la comida y bebidas no coinciden con el mismo buen nivel. Lo malo: la presión del agua de la ducha era bastante floja, nada que ver con la presión de la bañera. Además, y esta es la peor parte, no hay realmente aire acondicionado, se maneja por calefacción/refrigeracion central y claramente optan por no encenderla, considerando que hicieron más de +30 grados, debería estar prendida y sino manejarse con un equipo de aire acondicionado en cada habitación.
