hotel assez bien situé entre la gare du midi et la grand place ( 15 min ). pas de wifi qui fonctionnait, il a fallu contacter le service par tchat car il n y a plus personne à partir de 18h pas de télévision, il n y avait que 3 verres et pas de petites cuillères pour un appart de 4 personnes, un seul ascenseur fonctionnel le deuxième étant en panne depuis plus d un an... pour un hotel qui comporte dix étages... la literie etait confortable pour le couchage principal et beaucoup moins pour le canapé lit

I had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The apartment is really dirty, the furniture are horrible, bathrooms are filthy. The environment is noisy and not a safe place. We were supposed to spend four night but we had to checkout after two days. My son got bitten by bed bugs. Please do not book this apartment.

Llegamos a la habitación y no había ni una olla ni una paella ni ningún utensilio para cocinar. Tampoco había tenedores. Por suerte todavía había recepción abierta y pudimos conseguir una olla para cocinar algo. El personal de recepción es amable y solucionan los problemas, pero el horario de recepción abierta es muy corto. Sonó la alarma de incendios dos noches consecutivas, la segunda noche durante más de 15 minutos a las 11 de la noche. No apareció nadie del hotel ni los bomberos y todos los huéspedes mirábamos el espectáculo desde mitad de la calle. Había una televisión que no funcionaba, porque no ofrecen este servicio y el wifi no funcionaba ya que cada minuto se desconectaba (probado en 3 móviles distintos)

Ofrece amenidades completas, plancha, secadora, estufa, horno, refrigerador, platos, mesa con sillas, un baño amplio. Estuvimos encantados y pudimos preparar nuestra comida que extrañábamos comer. Hay elevador y aunque en los alrededores tomamos precauciones, pudimos llegar fácilmente a pie al centro de la ciudad. No pudimos configurar la TV.

Overall, property was reasonably priced and provided spacious accommodations. The location was convenient since it was only 20 min walk to Grand Place. However, the area did not feel too safe, especially at night. The apartment was spacious and was very helpful to have kitchen, fridge, microwave. However some minor repairs can be done. Also booked a 1 bedroom apartment and there was A/C in the living area but not in the main bedroom.

Bon sejour dans l'ensemble dans cet établissement, appartement agreable et spacieux, quelques poussière ici et là, une alarme incendie déclenché 2 fois dans la même nuit, par contre pas de personnel de nuit pouvant gérer cet incident.

This apartment is rubish . Apartment totally different when we reached there. This smart flatts company is fraud. Be careful

Beautiful views, nice accomodations. I will like to recomend better front desk atention and an easier check inn.

No internet at all, tv just display not working, i told them but didn't solve it out

Fausse publicité: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, odeurs désagréables, logement très salle, il manque une porte de douche, des réparations à faire mais non effectuées… le tout à été adressé à l’accueil mais aucune action n’a été prise. Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas ce logement.

Overall, apartment is good and clean but the area is not pleasant and looks shady

Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The apartment was very modern but needed maintenance.. firstly the TV was not working and we went down to reception and told them and we was told there was a problem with the ariel and all TVs in the building were out. I don’t know how long that’s been going on for or are they going to fix it? There was a small jacuzzi with a shower attached and once again the jacuzzi was not working also another thing they had turned off or not working? Overall the kitchen was ok with good utensils but no knife. So we ended up using a butter knife to cut the vegetables. There was no cleaning stuff only washing up liquid and a sponge. Nothing for the kitchen counters to clean or the hub. The area itself was close to the Eurotunnel station /main stations and a local metro was not far. Good for travel connections. On one day our key card would not work so I had to get in contact with SmartflatServices online and eventually someone came to help. We had a email two days before arrival saying there is a big event/fair taking place near the hotel and apologised . This happened to be directly opposite the hotel and in the evening you could hear loud music people screaming because of fair rides. If I had known this was taking place I would have booked else where. The area was run down and a lot of people just hanging around so be careful as my husband nearly got mugged!!! We didn’t like the area at all but as soon as you get out on the train it was ok.

The hotel has a few positives — it was clean, and the location is very convenient to the train station and the center of Brussels. However, there were several serious downsides to our stay. The blow dryer and TV didn’t work at all, the mattress was uncomfortable (you could feel the springs), and the window next to the bed had no blinds, leaving us completely exposed to a busy street — which felt uncomfortable. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, which might make it less of a solo hotel On top of all that, reception had very limited hours, so it was impossible to reach anyone for assistance with these issues during our stay.
