Arriving to this hotel,the area around it didn't seem nice. After walking around it, it was better heading toward the old town. Hotel is situated a few minute walk from the old town. Even before that you will come across cafe worth stopping by. The big new shopping mall is easily reached by a tram going from the other side of the river just a couple of minutes walk from hotel. Beside that, all ordinary tourist needs in Sarajevo are within a walking distance. Hotel itself is brand new and everything inside are new and clean. Hotel staff are helpful and speak very fluent English.Only thing as minus is the size of the breakfast room, it's small for the amount of guests. I saw people going to the hotel lounge every morning with their breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn't the best i have encountered, but it was well decent. The room i stayed in was easily one of the best i have been although there wasn't any view to even mention. For those with children, there was a small children's play park literally right next to it.

Great studio which has everything you need, is extremely new, clean and very modern. Lovely large. bed, sofa bed, massive TV, cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, table, chairs, coffee table, work desk. Great shower. Supermarket 4 mins walk, old town 5 minutes walk. Very safe.
Great breakfast, lounge area for relaxing with computer use and lending library. Children’s play park right outside.
I recommend the Residence Inn. The staff are very helpful.

The property was in immaculate condition. The receptionist was very helpful with boarding and with information on local areas for exploration and food. All of the paperwork was sorted pretty quickly and explained very clearly. It was very easy for a family to use this hotel while we explore Sarajevo. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious with very comfy beds. The breakfast had a good variety on the menu to suit everyone. The only thing that we missed was a good English breakfast tea.
The hotel was within walking distance to all the tourist spots.
Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located at short walking distance from downtown streets where are located restaurants and boutiques.
Front desk personnel are very nice and helpful.
Don't forget to reserve a parking spot, because there are only 15 of them. I needed to park in a public parking the first night and managed to get a parking spot at the hotel for the second night.

This hotel is exceptional!! I've never stayed in the room which is so thoughtfully built. The room had a kitchen with little stove and dishwasher, a dining table, a sofa with coffee table, a work desk, and of course the bed. TV stand was mobile, you could have turned it the way you wanted. Brilliant! The bathroom had spacious shower, a lot of shelves, so you did not have to think where to put your things and where to hang your towels. We were impressed.
