We recently stayed at the Rosewood São Paulo for the second time, and once again, the experience reminded us why we love this hotel so much.
Our first stay was absolutely flawless—everything from the room to the service was impeccable. On our second visit, we encountered a few hiccups at the beginning, but what truly impressed us was how the situation was handled. Natalia, the manager, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected promptly.
Not only did she take care of every detail with genuine care and professionalism, but she also made sure that both us and our guests felt incredibly welcomed and valued. Thanks to her, the rest of our stay was nothing short of exceptional.
Rosewood São Paulo continues to be our favorite place to stay in the city and one of our favorites in the world. We will definitely be coming back!

My wife and i have stayed in all the nicest in SP and Rosewood tops them all! Best service, amazing facilities, and great Restaurants. We happen to be at Rosewood for the Easter brunch(amazing), and they got us a table even thought fully booked. Truly a 6 star hotel.

gostei bastante so tive um problema na chegada o hotel nao tem uma sinalização passei direto seguindo o waze. No check in o quarto nao estava pronto as 15 h tive que esperar um tempo ,as os funcionarios foram bem prestativos., o resto foi perfeito o quarto era maravilhoso a cama o chuveiro tudo perfeito. O hotel tem otimos restaurantes tanto o cafe da manha como almoço e janta achei excelentes, os preços sao bem caros

At least in our experience, I cannot pinpoint one flaw about the service, amenities, beauty and lux of this hotel. It provides so many difference experiences among the several different restaurants and two pools. Make sure to book a hotel tour on your first day with Priscilla Chien and make your stay extra special. We can wait to go back!

E o que dizer do atendimento dos profissionais do Hotel? Tudo maravilhoso!!! Ousamos dizer que é o melhor e mais luxuoso hotel que já nos hospedamos! Sem palavras!

Hotel luxuoso no coração de SP, próximo da avenida Paulista. Decoração respira arte. Porém, a comida não é boa. Pelo valor que o cliente paga, acha-se que vai viver uma experiência gastronômica incrível e a decepção é na mesma medida. Não recomendo o café da manhã. Não gostei do atendimento do restaurante. Há fila também, o que é um absurdo!
Ambas as piscinas do hotel são pequenas. Principalmente a do rooftop. Tirando isso, foi uma boa experiência mas não pretendo voltar.
