Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean

I booked this place 4 months in advance (!) specifically for an event in the city. Considering the scale of the event and the ending hours (after midnight) the only option to get back to the accommodation is by foot (no taxis available, everything is busy). So I specifically chose this place because of its location within 30 minutes by foot from the event. The property decided to cancel my stay 14 hours before check in. Obviously everything was already booked and the only few remaining options had x3 of the normal prices. The property then contacted me, told me that it's not their fault (seriously?) and offered an insulting replacement option (1 night in a hotel with bad review ratings on the other end of the city(!) and then 2 nights in a hostel(!) in another place far from the event). It was completely unacceptable (too far, have to move between the nights, much lower quality) so I rejected. They then offered another option that was almost equally terrible. In the end I had to book another place for x3 of the normal price because that was the only option within walking distance from the event. Obviously this happened because they accepted more bookings than they could accommodate and then cancelled the cheapest ones. This is a completely unprofessional business practice and I recommend everyone to AVOID it at all costs unless you want to get stuck in the city without an accommodation the night before the check in...
