Hotel Sunny Bay

Top excellent

First off, Expedia needs to take off the "All inclusive" from the description..IT IS NOT! There is not even free coffee lol The restaurant at the lobby has a "For Rent" sign. Check-in time is 3pm according to the front desk ladies and the sign they have posted there, where it is advertised as 2pm on Expedia. (We were accommodated for an "early" check-in btw but only once i mentioned my itinerary. ) Rooms, mattresses, pillows, furniture, bathroom... are old and not very clean. We had our room cleaned- trash taken out and 2 fresh towels- on day 3 of our stay lol Location is great but that's it!!! Never going there again!

Pro: the hotel is right on the beach and the main drag with a lot of eateries. Con: Parking, parking, parking! There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel, but it was filled to capacity all 3 days we were there. Parking on the streets is nonexistent and the towing "service" very vigilant.

Our room didn’t have a shower stall so the entire bathroom got wet when you used the sprayer and because of that there was mold in the bathroom and rotted wood around the door. The hotel advertised free parking but it was street parking that is completely unavailable near the hotel. The front desk receptionist was smoking in the lobby with friends and wasn’t willing to try to communicate with a translator app to help us find parking or about the room issue. There are no blackout curtains in the rooms only shears and the street was noisy. The food was bland and underwhelming. We left early because of the bathroom situation and the hotel would not process a refund.

Hotellet var ok. Rummet helt perfekt. Duchen behövde underhåll.Aircondition fungerade inte. Hade blivit något fel vid bokningen, men dom i receptionen ordnade det snabbt, första natten fick vi en 3 rumslägenhet c:a 400 m från hotellet. Den var helt perfekt. I allt så var uppehållet på Sunny Bay helt ok. Ros till personalen dom gorde det dom kunde, var väldigt serviceminded.
