Very friendly - also german-speaking - staff. Individually furnished rooms, mine was a bit out-dated though. Many coffee-shops, bars & restaurants where one would not expect it.

The lady we met at the front desk the morning we woke up made up for the discomforts of non English speaking administrator on the phone the day before, the cigaret smell in the room etc as she was very friendly, good in English and helpful in every way. She deserves a raise of salary for sure! Thank you!

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica: 10 minuti di camminata per arrivare in centro, 5 minuti per raggiungere la fermata della metro. Intorno all'albergo ci sono negozi di alimebtari, tabaccai e panetterie. La pulizia della camera lascia molto a desiderare: negli angoli era pieno di polvere e briciole, ho trovato capelli raccolti nella vasca da bagno, il rubinetto del lavandino peedeva acqua e schizzava ovunque, inoltre intorno alla vasca da bagno c'era la muffa. Il personale era ok anche se un po' freddino in fatto di costumer care. Raccomando questo hotel per la posizione e se non vi lasciate intimidire dalla sporcizia nelle camere.

Very welcoming and comfortable

L'albergo si trova in ottima posizione, 10minuti dal centro, 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale dei bus e treni. L'albergo è particolarmente datato. Per la nostra concezione di pulizia, qui è molto superficiale. Il pavimento è coperto da moquette vecchissima, la stanza aveva un odore di chiuso. La camera in 3 notti non è stata mai rifatta o pulita. Si sono limitati ad aggiungere la saponetta. Il lenzuolo di sotto era piccolo, copriva a malapena il materasso. Comunque sentendo gli altri italiani che erano in vacanza li', questo tipo di albergo (dove si paga pochissimo) è tipico. Sono tutti cosi'. Cosa positiva il materasso non era sfondato ed il personale veramente gentile.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help when asked. I went home with mysterious insect bites all over my body. They don't look like mosquito bites, I can't be sure what they are. So for that fact alone I could not reccmmend this hotel. The facilities are quite shabby and the rooms dreary. But you can't expect a lot for this price. On cleanliness they really lacked, it looked as though a quick clean was all that was ever done.

Po precteni recenzi jsem nemela prehnane ocekavani, a byla jsem mile prekvapena. Pokoj c.10 byl klidny, cisty, mel postel v patre, pohodlnou matraci - za ty penize luxus.

A 5 minuti dal centro di sofia.Camera pulita e calda,personale gentile con il bar nella reception.Intorno l'albergo sono presenti tutti i servizi.

La habitación estaba bien(faltaba secador), pero cuando te duchabas inundavas todo el baño. El patio interior daba un poco de miedo.

Freundliches Personal. Günstiger Standort. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für eine Nachg braucht.

There was a gum on the floor, there was no paint on the walls, the toilet door was broken, the sink faucet stayed in my hand as I tried to release the tap. The balcony was built in the room, and the ceiling was covered not with bricks, but with something like glass from which you can see the landing birds and their excrements. You have the feeling that you are sleeping in a pigeon-loft.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel mit Schimmel an der Baddecke und Toilette. Kaputte Heizung und chlorhaltiger WC Geruch im Zimmer. Für 2 Nächte ausreichend.

Good-Clean spacious room with good location. walking distance to Serdika and most of attractions in Sofia. Bad-I stayed in the top floor and very noisy due to pigeons on the roof. Tabs in the basin were dropped whenever I turned them on/off. Trivia-The landlady was not that friendly, and took a slow action, but offered what I wanted.

Hotel che per quello che paghi va bene...situato in una posizione Buona. ..se non volete spendere tanto e vi accontentate...e ideale....

Never in my life have I stayed in such a horrible hotel. Trust me I've been unlucky enough to stay in bad hotels but this wins the trophy for the worse hotel ever. Let's start... when I arrived the lady at the front desk told us that we didn't have a reservation so I was surprised to hear this. Anyways, she asked us to wait while she figured something out. 30 minutes later she said she's going to give us a room to wait in while she works something out. She puts us in a room, then I phone Hotels.com to let them know what's going on. Surprisingly hotels.com says that the hotel found the reservation. The room is horribly decorated and looks NOTHING like the pictures. When I booked my room, it seemed pretty modern looking but the room we got was maybe form the 1900s. The shower head was broken and it splashed water everywhere! No curtains either, the bathroom was tiny, the bathroom door was cracked, the room did not have A/C but luckily the lay who checked us in, who was very nice by the way, she offered us the fan from the reception. I was seriously thinking on leaving that same night and go to another hotel but we were exhausted as we had been traveling for 7 hours and we arrived late at night. The next day we asked for a new room but a different lady refused and lied to us stating the whole hotel was booked, yet many websites listed rooms available for the night. I don't think I've ever experienced such horrible stay. This place needs to be remodeled ASAP! I overpaid.
