Moonlight Resort

Très bel hôtel, « éloigné » et à la fois très proche des restaurants festif ce qui est un plus pour vraiment être tranquille. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons, les boissons également. Chambre très originale, la salle d’eau extérieure c’est sympa mais avec les moustiques ( très nombreux ) c’est bof. On n’en profite pas.. et les feuilles qui tombent et qui salissent tout c’est un peu dommage. Le personnel est très gentil.

Nice, clean and quiet place. The Dome room is unique.

This is a nice peaceful resort. Only 20 minute walk along beach to bars/restaurants. The Staff here are very helpful and pleasant. The beach in front is kept very clean by the resort. Breakfast good. Free use of kayak and paddleboard. We took a dome room on the beach. All the rooms have nice little patios. Good housekeeping. Would come back.

Delightful setting on this island in a quiet area.

The rooms are interesting but very clean and quite spacious. Beautiful beach where you can take out the kayak or paddleboard for free. Breakfast is very good. Didn’t eat lunch or dinner so can’t comment. The Staff are nice and helpful. To the left of the resort there are plenty of restaurants/ bars walkable. Lazy Beach is walkable as well on a trail. Very peaceful resort. Really enjoyed it actually stayed 4 extra days.

The hotel is right on the beach with places a 5 minute walk along the beach. Apart from the breakfast included, we thought the dining prices were too high. I had no hot ( or even warm) water for the 4 nights I stayed despite reporting the problem on a daily basis. Cleaning our rooms ( you get a lot of sand from the beach) was not a daily occurrence and had to be requested. Water and tea bags etc were therefore not replenished without prompting.

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett Dome rum. Helt fantastiskt! Unikt på alla sätt. Vi trivdes verkligen under våra tre dagar här. Helt underbar strand också, vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

This resort was Soooo nice. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to one of the dome rooms on the beach which was clean and lovely. Every meal we ate in the restaurant was delicious. The swings and suspended beds out front really were a godsend and were the perfect place to while away the hours on the beach. This place was perfect in every way!

Very nice and unique hotel. Private and quite perfect for a romantic getaway or just to disconnect. They offer free kayaks and can arrange other activities around the island. Great service and attentiveness and flexibility of staff. Clean space and beach the hotel maintains the beachfront well. There are a few restaurants and a convenience store nearby and overall a very chill atmosphere

Such a great spot to stay in Koh Ring Sanloen! Near the ferry and far enough away from the busy area where’s there’s solitude ! Highly recommend this beautiful stay!

It's pure paradise- the best place to stay on the island as we walked around and seen many other places. The idea of Moonlight Resort and round domes with window in the ceiling so you can see stars and are woke up by sun is excellent and something to remember forever. We are so happy to be there in the low season when it was so quiet that we felt almost alone with the whole paradise just for ourselves:) The service is very polite and nice, 5* -thank you so much for upgrading our reservation so we could enjoy a dome. The common area with big swing lounges, palm trees and jacuzzi is so beautiful and perfectly arranged that you don't feel like going anywhere, it's perfect:) The location is also great -close to the main pier and 'downtown' of Saracen Bay, but beautiful quiet part of the beach and next to the path to the Lazy beach. The resort serves wide selection of delicious breakfasts and has good restaurant and you can eat in beautiful surronding next to the sea. Free taxi boat transfers you from and to the ferry. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever been- strongly recomend. After busy season it just needs a bit maintance and paint to glow again which is probably planned now in low season.

Sweet hotel in the best location right on the most beautiful beach. Away from the hostels and noise But Only a 10 minute walk along the beach away. The staff is very Nice and the rooms are fantastic. No need for shoes :-) We are coming back!

Exceptional service which never stopped. I've been positively surprised so many times by the high level of service in Moonlight Resort. As well the location is great and I was upgraded to a dome which looked amazing. I had a great experience during my stay and would most definitely come back again!

A really lovely stay on a very special beach. Glad I stayed somewhere with a unique vibe. A couple of the domes had some graffiti on them which was odd, not sure why that hadn't been covered over and glad I didn't stay in one of those. My one needed a lick of pain and a few repairs but nothing to detract and would recommend it.

Stunning private resort! We booked family villa with private jacuzzi that came with 2 rooms. Each rooms had one king size bed and 2 pullout twin beds under them. It’s perfect for 2 families of 8 people. The resort is in a perfect location surrounded by lush trees, white sand beach, and calm ocean. The water was so warm, just perfect for December tropical weather. The hotel also provided paddle board, kayak, and snorkeling that we used without extra charge. Front desk staff and restaurant employees made our vacation even more special! They were very professional and super friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel like we have the resort booked just for us. Lunch and dinner at the resort were always amazing. The hotel staff set up a nice romantic new year eve dinner for us with a fireworks. Not to mention their amazing drinks, our favorite was Welcome drink with Rum. Thank Moonlight Resort crews for a relaxing and memorable vacation! I highly recommend Moonlight Resorts to everyone!

Das Hotel ist völlig heruntergekommen. Überall ist Grafitti. Die Zimmer waren sicherlich vor 20 Jahren schön, leider wurde seitdem nichts aber auch garnichts gemacht. Wir waren in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern und überall das gleiche Bild- völlig verschlissen. Wenn man einen 2 Sterne Bungalow am Strand buchen würde und dafür 40 USD pro Nacht bezahlt, dann wäre das OK... aber wenn man eines der teuersten Hotels auf der kleinen Insel bucht, welches sich je nach Website als 3,5 oder 4 Sterne Haus bezeichnet dann ist das nicht aktzepabel. Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur nach Aufforderung und sehr sehr oberflächlich.. Das Frühstück ist ordentlich. Das Personal ist landestypisch sehr freundlich. Aus Mangel an Alternativen über Weihnachten sind wir geblieben, hätten wir gekonnt , wären wir umgezogen. Nach Aussagen von Einheimischen ist das Hotel eigentlich von Regierungsseite geschlossen, da der Strand neu erschlossen werden soll und wird von Einheimischen illegal betrieben.
