Friendliness of the staff

I was disappointed with the property as it’s no longer properly maintained. The sheets and towels were in poor condition, with the towels appearing brownish, and the walls were noticeably dirty

One thing that was amazing was the staff...who did all possible to ensure we have a pleasant stay...Jean Pascal, and the other Jean were very supportive. Two things made my stay not so good: internet was weak and i had to buy a mobile router to hold my zoom calls. And the room key system was a failure. I had chosen this Hotel for the first stile for myself and my staff but my staff was so much unpleased that i cannot recommend this for a future stay. Personally, i may still come back because the welcoming, availability and support from the staff.

It was an okay stay for few days. The staff were very nice. Though I think Expedia always picks the worst deals for its customers. I was surprised that breakfast was not included in the booking though I opted for it. With regards to the facilities, the key encoding system went faulty, there seems to be a nightclub nearby making loud noise at night, water pressure was spotty.

Un grand BRAVO et Merci au conducteur de la navette qui a attendu longtemps avant de me récupérer à l’aéroport NSIMALEN. L’hôtel avait oublié de prendre en compte ma demande par mail (2 mois avant) pour une suite au 8ème étage - Cela a pu être traité à l’arrivée. Je n’ai jamais réussi à joindre l’hôtel par téléphone depuis la France (au moins 12 tentatives sur 2 mois), la ligne est opérationnelle car les personnes de la réception décrochent, mais elles raccrochent très rapidement – Comme si elles n’entendaient pas leur interlocuteur (Alors que je les entendais très bien). La réception et le bar de l’hôtel ne sont plus climatisés, les portes coulissantes de l’entrée restent ouvertes et la température avoisine les 25°. Globalement l’hôtel est très propre. Les 2 pièces de la suite sont équipées d’un téléviseur et climatisées – Le climatiseur du salon ne fonctionne pas nominalement – Ce point a été signalé à la réception dès le lendemain de mon arrivée ; un technicien a affirmé que la température était glaciale (Nous n’avons donc pas les mêmes références). La chambre est propre et bien équipée, le réfrigérateur n’était pas branché, et qui ne pouvait l’être sans déplacer le meuble qui le contient. Par l a suite il s’est avéré incapable de faire du froid. Le concept et les moyens de la salle de bain date des années 1980, mais tout est fonctionnel. L’isolation phonique des chambres doit être revue (Rien n’a vraiment changé depuis 8 ans que je fréquente cet établissement). Il faut sa

This was just an ok hotel. The positive thing is that it is nicely located not too far from downtown and there is a park around the corner. That being said, the following things were a bit problematic. 1. Breakfast options were limited and on the first morning of breakfast, I noticed a couple cockroaches running along the buffet counter. 2. The shower pressure was not very good. 3. After the toilet was flushed, water seeped out from underneath the toilet and ran to the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. 4. I requested help with a PCR test to return home which the front desk gentleman obliged to do by calling someone to come to the hotel to assist. I was charged 25,000 CFA for the test with no receipt given, even though I asked.

Very good and professional staff

location is convenient, in the center of city

I was positively surprised by the friendly service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was quiet (facing the inner court yard) and the bed comfy. The toilet would need some repairs (water leaking), but overall I had a good stay. The hotel is located in the business centre of the city. Busy during day time, but quiet at night. For moving around, we appreciated the taxi service from the hotel.

The only good thing here is the restaurant and its staff. Receptin desk very disappointing and quality of their servuces is awful. I can't recommend this hotel.

Overall great experience . The staff was nice and professional. The bed was comfy, the sheets bed and towels very clean I booked a suit and the living room need to be little decorate to be attractive.
