1 & Only Riverside Accommodations

We enjoyed our too short stay at 1 & Only Riverside. Everything exceeded our expectations, for example, they provided bug spray (Off) and tick repellent. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Area as we were looking for, quiet and isolated. The owner made every effort to provide comfortable cottage for visitors. The area close to a river so as expected, there are a lot of mosquitoes around, many tools provided to prevent and to deal with bug bites. No one working on site so you have to call admin if you need anything, they respond immediately. What I did not like, late check in and early check out, for a cottage in isolated area means you will loose a day from your stay. I found also the roles are so tough with no change of time of check in/out also no visitor or there is fine to pay

The place is really peaceful & is a little piece of paradise. There so much to do! Kayaks, Canoe, Gym, Spa, Sauna, Parc, BBQ!!! It’s amazing for a getaway. Everything was perfect and we liked our stay.

This property is clean, well maintain and very cozy. HOWEVER the mosquitoes around the property made it impossible to enjoy the outdoors amenities. We were 2 families with 2 young boys and one of the reason we booked was to play outside. We were unfortunately not able to play outside at all due to the number of mosquitoes. We never saw something like this before. If you’re looking for a quiet cottage, to unwind, this is the place for you.

What an amazing spot , screened in patio with hot tub was an excellent addition . The modern interior was fully stocked kitchen made the trip very easy to pack for as everything was there . My family will be back for sure !!

This cottage was lovely. The new addition on the back which included outdoor furniture and a hot tub provided grest space to hang out in and get awsy from the mosquitos. Everything we needed was there and check in check out was quick. We chise this cottage because it was very close to Louis Head beach, one of the best in nova scotia.

Very clean, quiet and cozy. Comes with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Beautiful scenery too. I’ll definitely be going back.

No shower soap ir shampoo, no coffee for coffee maker. Nice cottage otherwise but a bit overpriced now. Lots of mosquitos!

Very enjoyable stay. Clean, spacious and good amenities. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is the bugs. Take bug repellent if going in the summer.

We loved the quiet outdoors. Fall colours added to the whole weekend. Canoeing, kayaking and bike riding was great. All provided with the cabin rental. Everything we could need and more came with the cabin

We had a relaxing stay. Cottages have everything you need. There were a lot of mosquitoes so luckily they had screened in porches on the cottages so you could sit out and joy the view of the river

It was very cozy and quiet.
