Staff were very warm and accommodating. Large buffet breakfast that we were invited to access early due to an early hospital surgery.

Everything perfect: Room comfortable, clean and everything works!!! The breakfast was amazing and the service spectacular. The price per night was a high, but it’s Vancouver not Detroit. The Hotel is located four blocks from the Skyline Train. You don’t need to rent a car or use Uber to move around. Superb, overall A+, This might be trivial for you, but we didn’t see any insects in the room & we did payed attention to that. :-)

This hotel is definitely one of the lesser expensive alternatives in the Vancouver area. The rooms are not a suite at the Hilton, so set your expectations appropriately. But I will say, the staff/service was top notch! The room was as clean as you could make it, and the grounds were actually quite lovely. When I was there they were planting all new flowers and shrubs. Nice touch. The neighbourhood is not great, but I guess it's convenient for most people. And did I mention it is close to half the price of other hotels in the area...

We stayed for four nights. Two night the floor was not broomed. One day the cleaning staff threw a bag that had food we wished to keep.The bag was on the table. Seems like the cleaning staff needs training on do’s and don’ts

Convenient 10 minute walk to the Sky Train station. Breakfast provided was filling with sufficient food options. The staff were all kind and helpful. Laundry room was easy to use.

I dont think I will ever get a package deal with Expedia, I was really looking forward to it but I guess the dumpiest place with the dumpiest room is some kind of default. Next time I will put something together on my own instead of trusting you guys.

This property is dated but clean. It was undergoing renovations, but was not too loud. It is an old 2-storey 70's Motel layout where you enter from outside. Hotel was a short walk to the Skytrain station, so it was easy to get around the lower mainland area. Had a small inconvenience with a hockey team also staying there and making noise - had to call Front desk to remedy, but other than that all good
