We enjoyed our stay with easy access to the Clifton Hill area. Was a long walk to the tourist sites so had to drive there. Our room was spacious with nice frig and coffee/tea maker. Also clean and upgraded. The breakfast in the lobby looked good but too expensive for us. Parking seemed safe, but, again, expensive, but no choice with that. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The pool was nice but had limited hours so check that if you want to utilize it.

Propery, staff etc were great. Rooms are the quality they advertise. No bugs or gross stuff. The area has gone downhill (as all of niagara strip has) but the staff did their best to keep the chaos away from customers. Affordable comfortable stay. Loved the late night snack options and many breakfast choices

The property is in an excellent location. There are things to do with most being walkable. I did have to get my room changed because there is a new rooftop club across the street that’s open until 1am. The pool and its area could use lots of love. Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it.

The only thing I don't like was that I park my car and not even in 20 minutes I went inside went I came out to get something from my car somebody open they door from they car and they did a bent to my from passenger door.and that's going to cost me couple hundred dollars to fix it.

Overall our stay was lovely. The on site parking lot became full quickly but another guest told us about an overflow lot nearby. There were a lot of empty spots around the hotel but those entrances were all roped off. A little frustrating when you pay extra for parking and cant park where staff told you too.

Nice hotel for the money however, the location was not ideal. To get to the Falls you need to walk down Clinton Hill, which is pretty steep and walking back up was a real cardio workout😂😂

We stayed for two nights to have enough time to admire the falls once in life. The hotel has a good location for our purpose. Our only complaint is the poor indoor climate. In order to have fresh air we had to operate the noisy AC although the temperature was fine.

Terrible experience. Room was dirty when I arrived, no housekeeping or room service due to a strike (which they never told me before booking). Staff promised me a partial refund, but after checkout they refused and denied ever saying it. Had to clean and take out trash myself on vacation. Dishonest and unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
