Es importante resaltar que no es un hotel. Es una casa acondicionada como Hostal con dos baños compartidos para todas las habitaciones, lo cual es un gran problema ya que no son suficientes. No existe personal del hotel, te asignan un código para abrir la casa y la habitación, pero nunca hablas con nadie. El internet es muy lento y la casa está totalmente lejos de la zona turística de Toronto. No recomendable para turistas.

The room was very small and clustered. My food and a shirt of mine was bitten by rats. This is the most horrible experience I’ve had.

Was very difficult for me staying on a room with no windows only one entry door for 9 days they should tell me at the first place before I booked

Was at this place. Checked in later discover the showers not work. Water not coming . I left the hotel without taking a shower.

Over all the place was clean, we got it right away which means the service was very good. I would defenetly recommend it to other people.

So I checked in and the man who owns the place allowed me to check in early so I was very happy with that and a cleaning lady was there was very very sweet and accommodating the room was clean and very nice for the price that I paid. Now for the downside the shared washroom smelled really bad like urine, and the noise that came from this place was like nothing I've ever heard I guess because of the location of my room being right in the living room for some reason it was Non-Stop people talking at the top of their lungs coming in and out at any hour yelling at 2 a.m. sounded like a bunch of junkies and people just yelling at each other all day. There's no staff that lives there on on sight or anywhere near so it's basically run by the tenants the serious lack of respect for by the other tenants was a big turn-off plus they tried to scam me out of a night that was already paid for ! and charge me double for the next night that i hat already paid for!! so overall if you want to stay in a clean place and you have a very good set of earplugs, live the trap /crack house vibe and incandesent yelling I foreign language, then your good to go. ! this place isn't worth the cab ride to get here.

Shared Kitchen and living room okay but room to small. I have mobility issues and in basement two stairs down with unsafe handrail. room has small desk and no room around bed to even fit a chair. code did not work and when level not appropriate all other eleven rooms in this bungalow were full.

Was discussing something with the agent and he just hang out, called back and he sent message “sorry, I can’t talk right now .” Room wasn’t cleaned properly.

I rented a room with a king bed at a pretty serious price. What I got was a room with cracks in the wall, the bathroom counter cracking from the wall and falling down (then the cracks were painted over, poorly), and a tub / shower that seemed like it belonged in a 1 or 2 star hotel.

Was asking to extend the stay for three more days if the rate was the same as current daily rate. Landlord agreed but then when over two hours past the checkout time on the first day of extended stay only landlord notified that the rate is about 50% higher than agreed and thus I had no way to avoid paying the first day of extended stay with higher rate. I had to quickly travel back (from out of town) and moved my belonging out of the room to officially checkout to void the rest two days of extended stay to avoid continued to be charged the higher rate that was not agreed upon. Highly NOT recommended!
