This was a great location for us to stay before our flight the next day. 10 min drive to the airport. There were wonderful restaurants we could just walk to.

Front desk staff extremely friendly. The warm cookies at check in are a nice added touch.
The beds are like sleeping on a cloud and so are the pillows. We will definitely be back.

The experience is awesome. Location is close to the airport and it’s just several minutes walk to get car rental. Service is also good. My room got hot water issues, the hotel resolved quickly and offered free breakfast. It’s highly recommended!

The pool was emptied during our visit which was too bad because we pick hotels with pools for an activity with our kids.
When we entered the room, there was a mess all over the carpet. It certainly wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom soap was out of the box and a used towel was thrown on the sink.
Other than this, the hotel was very modern and the room was spacious.

The washing machine area was extremely loud.
Only one dryer was working. Front desk had no change.
The gym only one Treadmill was working, I was there for over a week not fixed.
Peloton bikes were not easy to use and front desk did not know anything.

It was beyond my expectations didn’t had enough beds and wanted us to pay extra for the breakfast while i thought breakfast is included in every reservation plus room was in basement and they didn’t give me any options for changing the room.

The early check-in option was confirmed on the phone before making the reservation, but once I was there, no chance; after 1 hour of waiting there was a chance for early check-in paying an additional 50.
There was no option to use any of the business areas to work while waiting, as it was inside the hotel. They barely let me use the lobby sofa to work while I waited.
Pet-friendly, but there were no clear advertising cost conditions; there was an exception for service animals. Surprisingly, they didn't accept the scanned certificate; only the hard original was accepted.
