I had to wait until 4 pm to get the room, but they were kind and kept my luggage.Breakfast is free but it's really bad... they have very little variety, they put out very little food and people have to wait for it to be refilled.

Everything was great… Nice location, convenient for all kinds of sightseeing eating out and having drinks. Hotel was nice, clean, comfy, and the advance check-in made things even easier.

The hotel was well kept. The room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel and rooms were very nice.
The only flaw is the staff didn't know where to go eat a smoked meat sandwhich.

Dans le lobby il y avait des détritus sous les chaises et des gouttes d'eau coulait du plafond / tuyau quelqu'un pouvait glisser et tomber. Dans la chambre La salle de bain moyennement propre des cheveux dans le bain, le coin des murs pas parfaitement nettoyé. Sinon les lits / literies nous semblais propre

The hotel and room was okay. It's just I got a queen bed with sofa bed room instead of a double queen bed I have ordered through Expedia. My receipts show that I should receive a double queen bed room, yet the hotel claims that this is what they have in their system and that there's nothing they can do. I tried contacting Expedia, I am super disappointed. Although the agents respond fast, they don't offer any meaningful solution. Heck, they can't even contact the hotel (might be hotel's fault, but atp I am pissed). So 1 star!

I took the hefty King Suite and it was terrible. The air conditioning system is dirty and spewing microbes, it’s making loud noises all night. The wall had a littéral hole in it near the air conditioning. The room had broken fourniture and the floor was all carpet so I can let you imagine how dirty it is.
The served food in the morning is bread and coffee. No eggs, no vegetables. Just cereals and some juice.
I know the hotel is cheap and near downtown but you will pay the difference in other ways. Don’t bother with this one.
I took 3 days but after 2 nights I had to leave early because I got a fever. On top of that they did not reimburse my 250$ deposit . Got screwed big time …

camas excelentes, ubicación perfecta a una cuadra de estación de metro. el olor de habitaciones muy feo a mucha humedad, aire acondicionado no se puede graduar y lo peor que tienen es el desayuno que ofrecen es pan y jugo de caja.. mejor no lo ofrezcan. en la recepción no ayudan mucho

Chambre très bien service à la réception nul petit déjeuner plus que nous (il a fallu demander tout les couverts les assiettes - en plastique avoir du pain avoir un blini - des 9h00 plus rien et ils renouvellent très peu en, que du sucré pas de fruits aucun choix sauf les céréales)

It took almost 45 minutes to check-in. Online Checkin didn’t work. Front staff was very rude when asked for assistance. Dirty curtains with food on it. No additional shampoo, conditioner or hand soaps received even when we stayed for more than one night. Small elevator that takes forever to arrive. Elevator was very dirty and smelled. Never staying here again. I don’t normally do any reviews but this place needed one.

Paid an extra $50 for breakfast which was not worth the cost. All they had was toast, pancakes, cereal & coffee.
Paid my deposit in cash and they didn't have change for me until the next day.
The location was central but there is a lot of construction taking place so I would advise booking outside of neighbourhood.

Slow to check in, elevator issues resolved in a few hours, breakfast very basic but enough to start the day.
Location is great near bus depot and metro line but outside the old Montreal
Room is clean and bathroom working very well.
