Equinoxe by Tremblant Platinum

Great view quite clean, but in terms of the property, much improvement is needed. The fitted sheets were too small for the mattress in the master bedroom, the TV did not work in the master bedroom, the frying pans provided were badly used and not non-stick, no dish sponges were provided, the main shower barely had any water pressure, the toilets don't flush well. As for the shuttle service, there was no indication from the staff about how to get back to the unit from.the Tremblant Village. We ended up having to walk through the forest at night to make it back (no one picked up the phone when we called in desperation). And lastly, one of the receptionists couldn't speak English or French well at all. Communication was very difficult with that man, and he responded rudly when I asked which language was easier for him, because I am fluent in both. Staff should be able to communicate clearly.

Quiet in the mountain Checking in and getting into the property is a challenge

The property was a nice area with great views! The family and I were very happy with everything! The pool was close by for the kids. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back next year. The area we stayed at was quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait for next year!

To start off, we had a wonderful time here, the view was amazing, the kitchen well equipped and the apartment was clean. And overall our experience was great. But there were some things that need to be addressed. It is listed as having air conditioning but it did not work, I had it set at the lowest setting and the room never got cooler then 26 celsius. There was no welcome book with information about the place so we never had wifi. When checking in the person at the desk just handed me the keys with no information about anything, there was a front gate that had a keypad so I figured there was a code you had to enter but actually you had to manually put a key in to open it. A heads up at the front desk would of been nice. Also we are family with kids so we had a fair bit of luggage. You take an elevator from to parking garage up to your room so it would be nice if they had some luggage carts instead of making multiple trips. Again we had a great time and would come back, but these things should be addressed and a sorry or travel credit would of been appreciated at check out.

Great view, and nice place, but the only drawback was the unit was right above the garage door for the building. Noisy in the morning and evening.

À l’arrivée on n’a pas donné les informations concernant ou sont les installations du bain tourbillon.Quand on appelle à la réception personne est capable de dire non plus. Après plusieurs recherches on a découvert que le bain tourbillon est fermé. On est en peu dessus de ça

We went to hike and the location is perfectly situated, close to many outstanding trails. Great food and shopping options as well. Easy 10min walk to the gondolas and main village area.

Better instructions or closer pick of keys to access condo would be more convenient. Televisions in condo cohld be upgraded ro smart tvs so guests could access netflix or youtube. Leave pool open accorsing to weather conditions. Closed to early and was still warm in early September when we visited. We had to pay to use another pool facilities. Condo was clean, everything else was great!

Clean , safe. on a hill . Provides great view . All 3 bedrooms were decent size. Convenient to center of village.

Very beautiful place. After booking we got an email saying there’s no bbq’s so we didn’t bring food to bbq and when we got here there was indeed a bbq we could have used so a little sad and pretty sad the pool wasn’t opened yet and only the one attached to the hotel which was too busy. Overall it was a great trip

Unfortunately, this was not a good stay. When we arrived, the elevator was broken. No notice was posted. We had to lug 4 suitcases, a large cooler and many bags of food up three very steep flights of stairs. Then we discovered that the pool and hot tub were completely closed - there was no water in the pool. The whole point of the weekend was to get out of the city and enjoy the pool with my teenage daughters. After complaining to the management on Friday I was told someone would call me on Saturday - they never did. When I finally reached them, they offered me a $200.00 credit which does not compensate us for a ruined weekend. Every property in Tremblant has a pool. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. Also this property is no where near accessible for young children or older people. There are stairs and steep hills everywhere. Keys in the door stuck; took us 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. Fina a better property. I recommend Les Eaux or Les Manoirs.

Beautiful living space, everything you need for your stay. Ski locker in garage was occupied by unknown persons so had to bring gear to room. Elevator not working during stay either. Ski in/out trail not that accessible. But overall, great place.

condo is nice but dated but I believe the price reflects that a bit. nice beds and sofas but the area rugs were old and should be replaced. FYI- skiing in and out is not easy and we are all good/great skiers. Skiing out- you have to walk down this steep stone staircase and then walk in the snow uphill for a bit and then click in. Skiing back, you have to plot your path from the peak and it's a black diamond and then a S curve that can be very icy. I would not call it ski in/ski out but rather accessible to the slope just because if someone in your group is not a good skier, it would be best for them to use a car to get back at the end of the day. we had great snow but the route back was still icy.

Great ski-in, ski-out location. Be sure to walk through to the other side of the garage to the door for ski-out, walk out, and up about 20 yards on the trail to ski down to the main lifts. Much faster than going out the door by the condo. Overall we loved the condo and location. Our only gripe would be the smaller-than-average shower in the master bedroom.
