I took a few weeks post trip to write this review in hopes that I would feel differently or that the ‘hotel’ would reach out to remedy the situation in some way. Unfortunately, neither happened.
If you would like a stress free experience DO NOT BOOK!
I tried to get in touch, through email, direct messaging in app, and by phone, with the booking desk for two weeks prior to our stay to get check in details and confirm. This was futile. The day prior to my check in (my actual travel day- while I was on a flight) they reached out by email to secure a damage deposit of $200 (this had not been requested prior) before they would send me the information I needed to check in. Over the next FULL DAY, I again attempted to get in touch to get my check in instructions. It wasn’t until I was frantically trying to actually check in, in the lobby of the complex, that I was informed without the information I was waiting for they couldn’t help me.
After an hour in the lobby, the agent for the rental FINALLY contacted me with check in credentials. We got into our suite two hours later than we had planned and as a result, we were stressed and late for our concert that evening.
The second issue was I had requested and paid for a parking spot ($60) but a fob was not left in the room. On the last day of our stay, the agent reached out and asked if we still needed the fob- this AFTER paying over $100 in parking fees in downtown Toronto while we waited for a reply. This $60 was not refunded.

Liked the location and access, but directions to get there and check-in were not clear. Check-in took time- and was not told beforehand that had to check-in at building security- was led to understand that I could go directly to my room but that was not the case and spent at least 30 minutes waiting in lobby to get 'cleared' to proceed to elevator to go to this rental apartment.

Overall a nice stay. Clean suite, nice view, accurate description of the amenities, super responsive host. The biggest downside was the elevators. There were three but one of them was down for the entire duration of my stay. There were lineups of people during the peak times (checkin/out times, start and end of day). The lobby on the ground level and the elevators could have used some housekeeping.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The host never responds to calls or anything no matter how much you try.
When you finish booking from hotels.com the host them drives you to their own platform where they will ask you to pay deposit via a link and all the time there are a million rules that are not listed before that you now have to abide or you lose your deposit.
The building elevators were not working and had to walk down 24 flight of stairs. There is nothing convenient about this plave and it is not worth the price they charge. I was hugely disappointed!!

Check in process was terrible. I had to send at least 10 e-mails to get information how to get inside the apartment. I got a reply "We would like to inform you that your booking website frequently blocks contact information and external links. To ensure you receive the correct information regarding your reservation, we kindly ask for a phone number we can contact and the send the information to." I sent them phone number and also a request to send it to my e-mail. After that I received messages saying "Unfortunately, in order to receive the check-in information, you still have not completed the mandatory form with the rules and terms of policies of staying in the apartment." Even though I asked them in several e-mails to send the information by e-mail nothing happened but kept receiving the same messages from them. Then finally got the information but of course there were difficulties with the links paying the deposit. Finally after several e-mails to them and after one phone call everything was sorted by them and we got the info. There is only one key to the apartment and you need the key to lock the apartment. So the key needs to be left to the last person leaving the flat. The bathroom rugs were not washed after the previous customer. Some curtains and table lamp shadows were dirty and broken. You should avoid this place if you value a smooth check in process.

The room was extremely dirty when we arrived, many appliances were not functional, for example we arrived and the vacuum had its plug ripped apart with half of it still in the wall.
The fridge was leaking. The coffee machine had no coffee pot, making it impossible to use. Many other appliances were broken.
They also only give you one set of keys, regardless of how many people are in your party.
They also charge you hundreds of dollars of separate, undisclosed fees before you can get your check in information, which goes against the Expedia rules. They only give you this information around 1 day before your stay.
Genuinely the only good thing was the location, so many problems with the apartment, I will never be staying at any place owned by this company again.

They said that we won’t get our security deposit back because the bedspread was burned. We are lifelong non smokers and the 61 floor building is completely smoke free!
I will never stay here again and will never advise others to stay either!

What a great location! So close to Rogers Center, CN Tower, the harbour and many restaurants!
The unit itself was not in the best shape. Lots of nicks on the walls, broken bed frame, broken blinds, and lack of kitchen items. (No coffee pot, dish cloths, hand towels or extra dishwasher packs). The unit was also dirtier than I had expected, stains in bed spread, dirty tiles in the bathrooms, flooring in kitchen was damaged previously.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit and it was nice to have the extra space for the 6 of us. The unit was not terrible, just not what I had expected.
With that all that being said, I would stay there again due to the location itself.

We were very disappointed with this stay, to say the least. They advertise their apartments as "luxury apartments", but these are far from luxurious. Firstly, the building itself it huge and the elevators are extremely busy. Its an over crowded building and has a bad reputation for possible human trafficking from this building.
The apartment itself had dirty linen and blankets in the closet, a broken table sitting in the closet, an air conditioning system that could not be adjusted (so we were freezing), most of the light fixtures had missing light bulbs, the vertical blinds had many pieces missing - so that it affected privacy at night, and didn't prevent light from getting in early in the morning, the tea kettle, iron, ironing board, towel holders in the bathroom were all broken. The Global Stay staff were very disorganized and did nothing to help improve our stay, the check in process was not smooth.
I could go on and on. Save yourself a lot of trouble and book elsewhere.
