Love staying here when I come to Saskatoon very inviting and clean

The room and property is very clean. This was our first Hampton Inn experience and we were very happy with our choice. The people who prepare the breakfast are very meticulous. We all want to have a breakfast in the morning that gets us started for the day and this spread satisfies all boxes. Front end staff are very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated staying in this hotel.

Room needed a good “fix-it up”. Curtain rod falling off the wall, toilet paper holder falling off the wall (looks to have been ill-repaired a few times before), stains on the wall, bathtub plug broken, towels old/worn/smelly and need to be replaced, pool broken/under maintenance during stay.

Quick easy check in. Staff helpful & pleasant. Room comfortable.

The location is conveniently located for my needs when visiting Saskatoon.

This was one of our best stays in a month long trip. We liked that they had laundry facilities. There were restaurant choices within walking distance. The breakfast was very good-- lots of choices.

Nothing unique and nothing disliked

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though we were near the elevator it was quiet (on the 4th floor). Breakfast was fine. Coffee was good. Exercise room was clean and all the machines were in good working order. My only criticism was the place is dated. Probably could use new rugs etc.

Clean hotel. Good location. Around lots of coffee shops and stores for convenience. Breakfast was typical but decent. Would stay here again

Warm and friendly staff. Chocolate waffles are great, lots of various toppings to choose from. Room was quiet. However the air conditioner is so loud, and the tub is in need of repair. Shopping nearby, and good location. HHonours point system does not work if you book through a third party like Expedia.

Good location for my work trip. There was an issue with my room that housekeeping became aware of, and due to a safety issue, the staff worked swiftly to secure another room for my stay.

All the pillows on the bed were completely flat and and it was like laying on a straight mattress with no pillow or neck support, the air conditioner rattled all night, the toilet seat was broke, asked for it to be repaired it never was. The towels in the bathroom were very thin with now thread count they were worse than shop rags had to ask for better ones and the bed sheet was stained black. House keeping said this was normal how they come out of the washing machine from laundry. Overall the quality of the basics such as towels, pillows and sheets were substandard for a Hampton by Hilton and for the extra price you pay. I stayed here back in June and it was 5 star service. The staff were great and very helpful but did not resolve any of the issues they were limited in their capacity

Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Checking in was very fast and easy! The front desk clerk was excellent. The parking was very good and easy to get a spot

The check in was smooth, the room was nice. There was urine under the toilet seat so that made me feel like the whole room wasn’t very clean. The pool was subpar, small, one depth. My kids easily preferred other pools at other hotels. Overall it was a nice stay. The rooms were updated, the parking lot felt safe. Just wish the pool was better and that the bathroom was cleaned properly.
