Was good nice location for my business

Un excellent accueil à notre arrivée. La personne qui nous a reçu était très agréable. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas une bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner varié mais peine à mettre du réassort. Bien situé dans Vancouver.

Great location close to Metrotown sky train station. A good option if catching a concert at Deer Lake.

Close to Skytrain, Underground parking was a mess on the long weekend. Otherwise good hotel!!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Parking options are terrible if you have a large vehicle (over 6'6" if I remember correctly). In that case, the lot is 650m away.

The hotel is convenient to the malls and eateries.

Hot tub not working. Small pool. Room is not sound proof, could hear conversation from the hallway.

Staff was wonderful and location was excellent. The room we had was massive which made our stay more comfortable. There was no shortage of finding a restaurant, but we did enjoy the breakfast at the hotel! It’s clean, and relatively quiet

Glad we selected Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the room is maintained. The room has a good size fridge and microwave. With restaurants nearby, having a microwave in the room is an excellent option.

Great customer service. Nice property. Good breakfast. Convenient.

Overall it was a good location and lots to do especially in Metrotown!

We returned to the Hilton for the last two nights of our Canada trip. Unfortunately our room was not ready despite us being there at the 4pm check-in time. Long story short, we waited an hour to be given a room. However, after speaking to the manager, we were upgraded to an executive room and offered free breakfast for our stay which was appreciated. I’m not sure what had gone wrong with housekeeping/ the check-in process and why our room/an alternative room wasn’t available so something had obviously gone wrong and the staff member on the desk was not very competent at dealing with the situation. However, we did appreciate the manager’s efforts to make up for whatever had gone wrong. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a few options for eating out. Easy walk to the Metrotown tube.
