Great view and lovely space!

Great location, greeat service

Its listing as a valet service , the parking has limited height limit, wich is not metionned anywhere . Check in was wonderful , Diego was helpfull , friendly and polite. Great location near venues , highly recommended

The staff was rude and short at check-in and failed to inform us of that since we were TD First Class Travel members that we were entitled to 1 free continental breakfast per day and that we were also entitled to a free room upgrade if available. While rereading our itinerary during our stay we brought up the free breakfasts that we had missed and they refused to do good on it. When we brought up the room upgrade they said they couldn’t do anything about that because we booked through expediafortd - but this exact perk was for being an expediafortd member. Our room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay and we had to request additional towels on our own. We had requested that our room be cleaned multiple times and one night we came back from dinner and there was just a stack of clean towels and sheets placed on our bed. The rooms did not have drinkable water in them and they didn’t have any robes. Also the floors were cheap and really worn out laminate flooring. (The rooms looked much better in the pictures) The only positive aspect would be the location as the hotel was in walking distance of bunch of good areas.

Decent sized room. Near train station and cafes. Although not enough light in the room, quite dark during the evening. Weird mirror placements too.

Weird layout and style for rooms

My first impression walking into the hotel definitely wasn’t the best. The black and red décor paired with the carpeted floors felt dated and uninviting. I was also surprised to find out that breakfast wasn’t included and cost an additional $20. The room itself was spacious, but unfortunately it didn’t feel very clean. There were stains on the furniture and curtains, the bed sheets had a few stains and some hairs, and the floor was sticky. The furniture also felt and looked quite cheap. That said, the bed was very comfortable, I honestly slept like a baby, which was probably the highlight of my stay. The elevator was also extremely slow, which became frustrating after a while. Overall, while the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel mean I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Great location very central and walking distance to main sights and train and bus stations. The hotel seemed cleaned, there was a slight musty smell when we got our room and the employees seemed annoyed whenever we talked to them or had questions. Overall good place for a shorter stay

I enjoyed my stay and my French bulldog too. The room was perfect. I took him out for walks and there is a park next door.

Pretty good experience, room was smaller than expected, keycards had problems working even getting into the hotel at times, but other than that it was good.

Très bien: La chambre était top, spacieuse, lits conforts…. L’hôtel est bien placé, proche centre ville, proche métro. Moins bien: Une heure attente avant d’avoir notre chambre Pas assez de serviettes de toilette (2 petites + 2 grandes alors que nous étions 4) Petits déjeuner correct, de pas jus d’orange. Une mini cuisine est dans la chambre, mais il n’y a pas d’assiette ni de couverts disponible, seulement des verres.
