This hotel should not be listed on any website. it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. the towels are old and dirty. the shower was all sorts of broken, there was dust and dirt everywhere. We also encountered a large insect on the wall one night. Overall horrible experience and the price range is too high for such a horrible hotel. Nothing good to say. A real hazard.

This location was not clean, thermostat was set at 19.5 degrees and the room was very cold. Shower was disgusting, it flooded when I took a shower and dirt and hair came flooding out. Key code did not work when I initial arrived. It seems to be under construction as well, I would have given it a zero if I could have. Does not look as advertised. Will never stay here again, it should be taken off the site. Very upset and disappointed

There were a number of issues with our stay. First and foremost, there were zero interactions with people. This hotel is completely without staff or assitance. You have to get a code to enter the building. But even before you enter, to check in, there's a website where you enter your information including credit card and pictures of your ID. So you are required to have a smartphone with data. I had to stand outside to do this. There is wifi with a password outside, but the information is after check-in. Then the door code and room code are buried in the webpage. We didn't see it until hours later. We emailed, sent texts, and called, but never got a response. All the rooms are in the basement. Windows look out on pedestrians' feet. There was air conditioning in the room, but I couldn't turn it off or set it to anything above 20oC. When I asked for help, there was no response. There is a TV, but you have to log in to your personal account to get access to services. The towels were worn. The location was good - near Old Town and a Metro. Shower water pressure was high. The room was large.

Overall my stay at the hotel was fine. There was issue with being able to contact someone initially via the hotel phone number. It was not the cleanest - I had spider webs and spider droppings, as well as ants everywhere. The location was perfect and very walkable.

The best part of the stay was the location - walking distance to many places. However the bedsheets and the towels smelled weird, like the air conditioner, that has very old dirty filters. Also the sink was clogged so it took half an hour for a cup of water to go down. And no, I didn't contact the property about that - they have proven unresponsive before I even arrived, I asked about check-in times, they didn't bother responding. And detachable shower head was not functioning. Otherwise the room was quite clean. It had 2 coffee packets next to the coffee machine, but no tea. Not the end of the world, but for 200$ a night could have thrown some earl gray in there.

At least it’s a lesson not to book this hotel ever again. The bathroom was never clean. There were no clean towels available. The room smells but I do get that but the bathrooms most of all is more than terrible! NEVER AGAIN.

In the words of Bette Davis, "this place is a dump."
From the exterior pictures, you would think the hotel occupies that building on the corner of Notre Dame East. Wrong: the hotel rooms are in the basement which looks to still be under construction (see photos). It is not on one level, as they advertise and I don't know how the heck it is accessible for those who have been conned into thinking it is.
I was booked for a Luxury Room and they gave me a king suite - which does not look like the images on their site. The ceiling is barely held together in panels, there is dirt and grime along the walls and the windows (which don't open) are covered with ratty, stained black curtains. There is no wood desk or a beautiful mirror or any of that - it is bare bones, cheap, and like a dormitory room.The bathroom is encased in glass in the middle of the room, completely transparent, so unless watching your partner take a poop is your thing, this is not for you.
Customer service is beyond pathetic. No one answers at the phone number provided and it took them days to respond at all to my texts. They advertise that they give you the access code within 24 hours; we did not receive ours until an hour before check-in. The doors do not have a dead bolt and are difficult to open. They don't give you the right server for the internet, although I figured it out. The two towels provided were old, ratty and had huge bleach stains (see photos). There were no hand towels, no washcloths and NO SOAP.

This was disgusting. Never stay here, it's not worth it. They say the bunks lock, but they don't - it's literally a curtain. An older man staying in the pod told me that "he promised to not touch my leg". So unsafe.

Premièrement , il y avait une tache de sang sur l’oreiller les draps donnaient l’impression de ne pas avoir été lavés mais seulement replacer . Pas de papier de toilette , aucun verre en carton ou plastique pour la machine à café . Pour finir le tout, il y avait pas d’eau chaude dans la douche .

D’abord, je n’ai pas eu de réponse à mes questions posées quelques jours avant mon arrivée. Ensuite, sur place mon code pour la porte principale ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, j’ai eu de l’aide à travers la messagerie d’Expedia, mais j’ai rencontré 2 autres voyageurs sans code et personne ne répondait au numéro de téléphone indiqué sous le bureau de la réception. Ensuite, il faut savoir que toutes les chambres sont au sous-sol et que l’hôtel est encore en rénovation. Aussi, il manquait plusieurs choses dans la chambre : 2e serviette, débarbouillette, cintres. Enfin, la chasse d’eau de la toilette était défectueuse, le foyer était posé croche, les rideaux étaient opacités, mais sales, la pomme de douche coulait et l’eau chaude prenait plus de 5 minutes à venir.
Le tarif était compétitif, mais ne valait pas le sentiment général d’insécurité ressenti.

The place is in construction right now and I could not open any of the messages sent to my email so it was hard and confusing to access the room. There was no staff and no one to communicate with and all attempts went to voice mail but the room itself once I was able to access it was very comfortable and clean. As I said the facilty outside of the room was in construction so not the most welcoming of atmospheres.

As I mentioned in my previous message, I am quite concerned about the condition of the room (2) upon my arrival.
The floor in the room is dirty, with crumbs and debris scattered throughout. When I entered the bathroom, I noticed that the sinks were dirty and had clearly not been cleaned. There is also debris on the bathroom floor, and the toilet bowl appears to have been left uncleaned after use by a previous guest.
I have also just checked the bed and noticed stains on the bedsheets, which raises even more concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
At this point, I am genuinely questioning whether the room was cleaned before my arrival. This is not the level of cleanliness I would expect when checking into accommodation, and I am very disappointed by the current condition of the room.
I will send photos shortly so that you can see the issues for yourselves. I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution to this situation as soon as possible.
They say they will refund me 20% of the price but until now, there is nothing.
