Inn at Laurel Point

Loved the location, great views however the room was not anywhere close to as advertised and I was told there was lounging chairs to sit in the sun but there was only indoor couches over looking the ocean. Still nice but wasn’t what I was told

Quiet location, walkable and large rooms.

We had a lovely time during our overnight stay. Perhaps a few more working toys for the pool? (That’s my only input)

Location and convenience! But bit late check in.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. And the staff were very friendly - at the front desk, in the hallways and in the restaurant. When we arrived, we were not totally pleased with our room location, and when we requested a room change, it was done right away and with a smile. I would highly recommend the Inn at Laurel Point.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Inn is within walking distance to downtown and close to Fisherman's Wharf so we didn't need to use our car very much.

We stay occasionally in Victoria but hadn’t experienced the Inn at Laurel Point until this weekend. What a fabulous location, excellent service, helpful and joyful concierge and great amenities! Thank you! We’ll stay again soon!

We didn’t both sides to this hotel - if staying in laurel wing, review may not be so good however the rooms in Erickson wing are just amazing. Wonderful views. Spectacular room amenities and great service. After a few issues with our booking the staff were really helpful and made our stay a great one.

This was an excellent place to stay - with our dogs! We had an easily accessible room on the main floor with lots of other dogs around us. Room was lovely - even had a small balcony overlooking the inner harbour. Perfect for our quick trip to Victoria. Location was excellent for everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. We stayed at an older room, apparently built in the 70s. We got the option to upgrade for a higher price but opted to keep our original. The inhouse cafe and restaurant are great and I recommend checking them out. The view from our room was great facing the water. My main gripe came from the bathroom. It's was iffy getting into the bath since we're not tall. The shampoo and soap didn't lather very well but smells nice. The pool was nice and we used it multiple times when we stayed there.

They didn’t have the correct room available and tried to bill for a more expensive room. We did not end up staying there. Poor experience

The staff were amazing. We had several hiccups. Our bed was broken on one side, springs were gone. We mentioned it, and they put a pillow topper on the bed, but I still fought to stay in the bed at night. It didn’t fix the problem, it just made the problem more comfortable. We had an issue with the internet in our room, they only apologized, but couldn’t fix it. We had a do not disturb sign on our door. We didn’t need our room cleaned. They entered anyway, and replaced the towels! The restaurant down stairs had mussels on the dinner menu, but we arrived 15 mins early, so they wouldn’t serve them as an appetizer. The toilet in the room needs a handicap bar to sit down. I recently had both hips replaced, and usually I’m fine, but this toilet was like sitting on the ground. The bathroom was beautiful, they went almost all out! The shower head only hit my knees, could have used a rain shower or a want to get the whole body. The pool was disappointing for such a grand hotel. Staff we great. See Sam at the main bar in the restaurant for town information or activities. Sam was good people. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. For the money we spent for 2 nights. There are so many options. Very disappointing in all.

always have a great stay at the Laurel Point

The upgraded west wing is fine, and it’s renovated. But there’s a part that is much cheaper. And it’s very old and dirty. Avoid it

The view of the harbor and how peaceful it is. We enjoyed the walk to various places including Fisherman's Wharf, Parliament building, and places to eat. The staff is excellent from the front desk, the concierge, and the person who took care of our luggages. Friendly, patient and very helpful with every questions.
