Clean room. Friendly staff and great location. There’s a car rental Avis next to it. Will use this next time instead of renting a car at the airport. It’s located close to the international district. Lots of good ethnic foods.

The TV in the hotel room was not working, and staff did not fix the issue. Also, YouTube that is typically a free service had a fee to access (that was not waived despite the TV not working).
The parking exit and entry process was an inconvenience as the gate was non responsive requiring the passenger to leave the vehicle to approach the reception desk in the lobby to gain entry and exit despite the HEFTY daily parking fee!
Neither Expedia nor the hotel would honour my supposed "VIP" status, and I was not given any perks.
I was not impressed with this hotel or Expedia's claims that apparently I am "VIP" and being told on writing (via an app notification) that I would be receiving "perks". Honestly, I am not impressed with either organization.

We booked 3 rooms through Expedia. Over all the rooms were good. No mention was given to me about the Condo room being on the other side of the hotel until we checked in. The pictures of the hotel on the main page of Expedia is misleading as it shows a full kitchen and not the actual hotel.

The location was ideal to walk to the old port, Basilica, etc. The parking was another upside. There are two separate buildings. We stayed in the older building that looked like an old apartment complex. In fact I think there were long term renters since there were always Amazon packages by the elevator. We walked into the first room on the 8th floor and the bed was broken apart with a mattress standing up against the wall and the kitchen furniture in disarray. We were then given a room on the 10th floor. The room was perfect for a family looking to have access to a small kitchenette.

Our room was lovely and big and the bed was comfortable. However, the kitchen was strangely equipped - no toaster, but a slow cooker, dish detergent, but no towels or dishclothes. The pool area is great but having to bring towels from the room is not ideal. The parking situation definitely needs work. We paid a lot for parking only to have the machine at the gate eat our ticket each time we left. That required another trip to the reception desk, which was understandably very busy on a July weekend. Also, a little guidance from reception about the size and layout of the parking lot would be helpful. Last, we didn't have a breakfast included rate and would have like to be able to order an a la carte breakfast rather than the $25 buffet. That said - overall a good visit but with some criticism.

Lovely hotel. Parking was convenient and underneath property. Easily accessible to restaurants and shops. The room was comfy and spacious with a huge couch and large tv. It was clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
