Despite what hotels.com said on their site nothing was mentioned about using a credit card exclusively for a deposit and a few years ago cash was accepted. I had 250 for a deposit and had paid online for the room prior to me trying to check and I got turned away having to sleep in my pickup in winter weather. I needed a room because my lane was to deep in snow and I couldn't have plowed and been to work in time. I am absolutely disgusted by the requirement they had that were different from the instructions of just needing a deposit of $50. Nothing was said about a credit card. Again the room has already been paid for in full. When I called to complain the next morning the hotel just said they refused the payment and I would have due get my money back after about a weeks wait. I will never have any further dealings with this hotel and hope this website ceases work with them.

The room was clean. But what was upsetting was I was given a room with a hole in the bathroom door. When I went down to the desk and told her there was damage on the door, she said she knew about it then asked if I was OK with it. I said yes I was too tired to go have to move a room. Clearly the hotel was not full and why she would give me a damaged room was upsetting.

Walked into check in area no around then this voice yelled can I help you. I said I was here to check in person came from sitting in the back area. The room was okay as they say you get what you pay for. Bathroom fan was loud. Beds squeaky need to be updated. Light flickered before coming on. Not sure what laundry detergent they use but left a strong scent on bedding. It was a quiet area.
