Motel Carleton sur mer

I had a very disappointing stay in Room 58. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with a strong and unpleasant odour of dog urine that seemed to permeate the entire space. It wasn’t just a faint smell either; it was overwhelming and made it incredibly difficult to relax or enjoy my time there. Unfortunately, the odour completely ruined the experience for me. I had expected a clean and comfortable stay, but instead I found myself uncomfortable and eager to leave as soon as possible. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this room unless the hotel takes serious steps to address the issue.

Ils sont très accomodants. Excellent service si on revient dans le coin c'est sur qu'on y retourne.

Super endroit, les couchés et levés de soleil sont magnifiques. On a apprécié être à proximité de New Richmond !

Tout était parfait ! Par contre, la proximité de la route fait en sorte que c'est plutôt bruyant étant donné qu'il y a beaucoup de camions qui circulent.

I showed up at 8h35 pm. The door was locked so I wrang the door bell. There was a sign on the door that said you must sign in before 9h00 pm. A lady showed up in a bath robe and started giving me crap that if I was going to be late I should have phoned first. I kept my mouth shut because I felt that this was the only room left in town. After 10 minutes of her insults and rants, she finally gave me my key. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here.

Très belle vue , accès facile pour allez marcher sur le bord de l'eau! Le seul point c'est mal insonoriser cest tout !!

Bright, clean and comfy. Great place to stay. Private beach to walk on. 5k to restaurant and grocery. Beautiful scenery.

Did not meet our expectations. The sink was blocked. Not sure about overall cleanliness. Nice lady at the front desk, though.

Exeptionement propre pour un Motel. Bien aménage et facile à la mer. C'est un Motel, donc chambre petite, mais très propre. Situé sur une route principale, beaucoup de camions lourdes tout la nuit. Service d'accueil, très désagréable. Ne trouve pas la reservation de Expedia. IL FAUT TOUJOURS SI FAIRE CONFIRMER PAR ECRIT VOTRE RESERVATION. Eureka, elle la trouve. Même chambre, par hasard. En réservant avec expédia, je demande chambre pour un chien avec nous. la dernière journée la réceptionniste a engele ma femme que elle n'accepte pas des animaux sans l'avertirez. Ceci est ma faute mais la manière laisse a désirer...
