Park Inn by Radisson Brampton, On

Upon getting to the hotel & my room, realized that the whole floor was under construction / remodeling. No notification when I booked the room, or when I checked in at front desk. The halls smelled of paint stripper and was quite unpleasant. Asked to move rooms, but was told it wasn't an option. Given I checked in and the parking lot was 80% empty...was hard to believe. In general the rooms are clean, but cold & sterile. Hard beds. 2 small pillows on a king bed, 2 bath towels and no other towels (ie. face cloths, hand towels, etc.) and the adjoining room has tile under the door, to could hear every word the neighbours next door were saying all night. Won't be back.

Very kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto. The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell.

Limited parking and very busy right next to the hall. My room was not very clean I took pictures of it but was to tired to switch rooms

Staff was accommodating but no TV cable

Clean room, However, no face cloth after first day. Had to go ask for it at the front desk. Very poor WIFI reception in the room. No coffee machine at breakfast. Just instant coffee to add hot water.

Washroom was stinking. Nightstand was not working .

Policy constantly changing and dirty rooms

Its a good property to stay in because of convenience facilities,,staff is good no complaints but breakfast choice is very poor..... i have been stays here 2023 too but same poor breakfast menu.... Its suggesting to work on it.. compared to other hotels too.. lesser price but still wider choice of breakfast...........well wisher

Needs renovations, wallpapper falling off wall, toilet seat broken

Great staff and service, but property is old.

Our family stayed here because we attended a wedding reception close by. Friendly staff. Good location. However, the hotel was pretty beat up and needs to be upgraded.

The staff was great. We asked for an early check in. We had to wait 15 minutes but we got upgraded to a suit. Which was really nice. The room was nice and clean. But the couch was awful. We didn’t even want to sit on it. It had stains everywhere. It was pretty gross.

My AC broke down and needed four days to repair very hot so I checked in to this hotel and their AC wasn’t working, but they weren’t honest about it . After two nights of sweating and industrial fan (that was unsafe that my grand child could’ve put their finger in and had it cut off) the Hotel had the balls to have muffins, no fruits, no juice, no cold water and not even an attendant that could give the plates when needed. I have stayed here when it was just opened and this time I was shocked and appalled. I ran out of toilet paper and luckily, I had some of my own. I had a loss for Words that they didn’t even have an and no two queen bed as promise. . I had a loss for Words that they didn’t even have AC and no two clean bed as promised said the two queen beds were under repair though the Expedia app said they had four available. They gave me a bed and a pullout. I am still at a loss for that. They took my money and had the ball to be telling me I understand I understand when I complained. The reading should really be zero but it only starts at one so I choose to give the heads up that you should stay the hell away from this place. It’s ridiculous. The pullout sofa that they said they had was only a three seater couch and when I lift up the cushion, not only was a cushion already stained and smelly, but there was wrappers and crumbs from the previous Person who stayed there

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Quiet hotel with a gym and clean rooms. Perfect for business trips.

Moved rooms a number if times due to the MOLD in the air conditioning units and dirty conditions.

Staff was friendly

Air conditioner was loud, breakfast pretty poor with no coffee, bathroom had no fan and a large grate by the toilet, not enough pillows and they were pretty flat, and towels were really small. Also TV is based just on Roku, and buffered like every 2 minutes. It looks like they have just given up.

The hotel is in the middle of a mal and directly beside a wedding hall...the washrooms were not cleaned properly, with stains all over the wallpaper
