The hotel was clean and staff were professional and attentive. Walking in the immediate area was safe. 1/4 mile away be street smart, do not walk home late night, or intoxicated. There were people hanging out on the sidewalks, and alleys.

They arranged our tour to Niagara falls. We had a very pleasant stay. Price of the Inn was great. Everything was great!

Not many shops around,the property is clean and friendly and helpful staff,just wish the room floor was cleaner,and under the bed.

Obviously has some new upgrades. We have stayed there before and the bathroom was very nicely done.
But, I spilled some water in the bedroom and when I wiped it up, the towel was pretty dirty.
This time, didn’t check the floor. The room was nice.
The bathroom had a newer toilet and vanity but our shower stall had mould.
Staff is very considerate and helpful.

Kamer is erg klein voor 2 personen. Er is geen ruimte om een koffer weg te leggen of kleding op te bergen.

We went early to ask if we could leave our luggage. The room was ready so it was no problem to check in then. Basement room was fine, bed was comfy, bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel provided a basic, clean room. The shower needs upgrading. The Inn has a charm but is a little run down. There is a lot of potential. It was nice to have the lounge with coffee and tea available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location; two blocks from Younge St and public transit is nearby. Courteous and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable; had a desk, bar fridge, heat pump and large shower with toiletries. Coffee and tea were free in a small lounge area opposite the front desk, as well as snacks for a small fee. There was no negatives. I will stay again.

The staff was incredible. The building is nice. The room got the job done. Great bathroom. Noisy AC unit. The area around the inn isn’t ideal. That’s not their fault though. As far as the stay goes, it was lovely.
