We needed a late check out due to a hockey schedule and we dont live in Vernon. The young man at frontdesk was very helpful and pleasant!!!

Check on was delayed waiting for a staff member. Plenty of easy parking. Room was tough to get into with the door being so snug that damage had began to happen to the frame. Bathroom was small with limited space.

No where was it stated that there was no elevator to take my elderly friend to the second floor of the new wing! Also carpet in the kitchen dirty, garbage already in the garbage can when we got there and last but not least, tiny double beds?!

Sadly it smell musty in the bathroom. Could smell pet urine in the lobby and in our room. Not over powering but there.
The pool aera need towels all the time. And the hours are kind of silly. It doesn't open until 10 and checkout it 11. So the grandkids we're happy they couldn't swim before we left.

Not bad , needs some Reno’s . Tv was old , windows dirty. Bed comfy, clean. The staff super nice , the young black gentleman at the front counter was super nice . Thanks I’m gunna give it a 3 out of 5 . Denny’s evening staff were slow and made us wait .

The front desk / manager was very rude . When we arrived there was no parking for us on property we simply asked for a refund so we could go to a hotel that wasn't packed and had parking available on or at least close to the building we where staying in . Because we Booked thru expedia, she would not give us a refund . Un top of that . The room it self had dirty hairy bed sheets and pillow cases . Plus a dog barked thru out the night …. Worst stay of my life

Ac/heat not working properly, unable to change settings, was blowing cold air in middle of winter weather. Kept me up all night. Complained next morning, was moved to another room. Lighting in room is very poor
