Très belle place près du centre ville. Tout est là poêle frigidaire laveuse sécheuse micro onde . Je ne parle pas très bien l'anglais mais les gens y allais doucement. Belle place j'y retourne si je vais à Toronto.

Booking for 3 persons, Apartment had 2 coffee cups 2 forks, No hand clothes to dry dishes, bathroom facet leaked water all over the floor, Shower was missing lifter to direct water to the shower head so water sprayed up into your face while you reached under to try to divert the water to the shower head. Building was not what was advertised.

Changed reservation 30 minutes before check in and they knew that they were changing it 3 days prior to telling me. Extremely rude customer service from the gentleman that processes security deposit. Rude, ignorant and dismissive when he is wrong. Suite itself was dirty as if they don't send cleaning. Toilet in of the bathrooms didn't flush and made constant draining noise. Bed sheets weren't clean nor were the carpets. On the bright side the tv worked. Avoid booking here if you can, very sketchy , extremely unprofessional, horrible maintenance.

The location was great and so was the view. We stayed on the 52nd floor and had direct view of the CN Tower. I have a few complaints though. There was a big hole on the bathroom door and marks on the walls around the apartment. There were small stains on the couches too. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. One other thing, we stayed in a room right in front of the elevator and we could hear the elevator going up and down all night. It didn't particularly bother me but i could see how someone would get fed up after a while.

Check in process was very concerning as I called the number like i was supposed to do and no one would answer the call. If they hadn't eventually got back to me i would have been out on the street without accommodation. I do not believe i will use this system again as the risk is too great.

Place was filthy, walls with copious amounts of marks, never seen a carpet & floors so dirty in hotel room (there's an oxymoron) reeked of Pine Sol cleaner on entry & stayed thru out stay, TV remote did not work, went the entire weekend without. The pull out bed was not made, dryer was full of towels/face clothes (that we folded), mold in bathroom, blood stains on comforter for pull out. The owner host came by to fix remote, had my daughter download Roku app...found extra remote when pulling out pull out bed...total apathy was host. Fly across the continent & tell me my check in is 16:00 when my arrival was 15:00. Never heard from him on day of arrival. As stated went without. My daughter has pictures on her phone...it won't change anything

The place itself was very nice. Check in could have been smoother, they process itself was a little confusing, the person checking us in was dealing with several bookings. When we first arrived the toilet was plugged and the bedroom door was just leaning against the wall not connected. Nice place and great view of the CN tower.

Very good location. A lot of construction that made the pickup hard, but there is two pickup options so we figured it out. The sofa was a bit well used and the bed made my back hurt really bad. They had a nice kitchen and a washing mashine to wash clothes. Did not like the shower at all. Got a good price and couldn’t wish for a better location. Near the Harbour (5min), Eaton Center 20min by walking.Very nice view. Good facilities

Over all stay was ok. Location is excellent. The check-in process needs a lot of work. Call and wait when you are 1/2 hour out, call and wait when you get to the building, do a credit check over the phone while you stand and wait outside the building, once you are approved you stand and wait for an email to arrive to get the how do I enter information. Beautiful views from the 53rd floor, but it's almost 5:00 and the room was a mess, not cleaned, no sheets on the bed, pizza boxes and beer cans everywhere. We cleaned up a bit and called Sarkar, they apologized and had somebody come by and clean and make the beds. We left for supper and everything was good on our return. Internet was provided, all kitchen setup, stove, fridge, micro and dish washer was great, they had a tv that doesn't work. Again, overall good...I'm sure someone was to have cleaned and they didn't show.
