There is no front desk at this property. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of CAD 50 (exact amount varies) at check-out. Quiet hours are enforced at the property from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
