Had such a lovely one night stay here! Space was clean, check in was incredibly easy, location is great and it is located right around the corner from an overnight $25 parking. Would definitely book here again

We had a great stay and had all we wanted. Room was very nice size with nice view of the outside. Easy to get in and out with the app. Even on a busy street they provide a white noise machine in the room so we slept very well.

Have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and clean, the property is located in a very central location to the downtown area. Great place to stay!

We were in town for a Blue Jays game.
The location could not have been more perfect! Not a large room, by any stretch of the imagination, but had a comfy bed, and a few amenities.
good pressure in shower, what else does one really need?
Loads of choices nearby for food and drink.
Not crazy that they charged us $30+ to check in 1 hour early.
WARNING there is no elevator on site. Dragging your bags up four stories is quite a challenge. Lol.

Shower was tiny and leaked. AC was also very loud and let out an intermittent loud thumping sound even during the night. Roof was not really set up, not great for hanging out. App needs work, cannot add to my existing Sonder account so had to input the confirmation code every time I wanted to use it.

The room was fantastic but the TV was much too large and hanging in a dangerous position obstructing the walkway, the AC was covered in dust and triggered allergies (the windows don’t open) in both of us when on - as well as making a loud rumbling noise when off. The side tables were very sticky…the bed was so creaky it made a loud noise when we put a little clothing down on it

The service with the app is super slow and long.
You can only make changes to the reservation with the AI operator and that complicated a lot the process.
No Lobby, nowhere to leave luggage if needed and check in time is at 4pm, an hour after every other hotels.
Room is tiny and expensive for what you got.

The Sonder Beverly on Queen St W was a great option for staying in while visiting friends in the city.
Parking is available down the block, below the MEC, and the neighbourhood is full of great restaurants and shops if you want to experience the city.
It’s right on the streetcar line, and a few blocks from the subway station, so getting around town is easy as well, though, a lot of the tourist stuff is within easy walking distance, from the AGO, to Roger’s Centre, Scotiabank Arena, CityTV Studios, CBC’s Glenn Gould Studio, and so on.
Highly recommend it for a no fuss weekend city visit!

I absolutely love Sonder and have stayed at multiple locations. This Sonder was very different from the others. The room had been poorly cared for over the years. My room also had the strongest smell of bleach throughout my stay. Also, I extended my checkout by a hour and room service still came to my door and demanded proof. My assigned room was also facing, Queen St, which is an extremely busy street with traffic and bars. I didn’t go to sleep until 2am. This place is a great option if you plan on partying and exploring Queen Street.
