The staff at check-in were amazing. I arrived 90 min before the check in time and mentioned that I had a meeting starting in 30min. The staff got me into my room early and saved me from having to do a zoom meeting in the lobby which was what I was fully expecting to do. The hotel is new, modern and clean. The beds are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Shoutout to Chemona at the front desk for going out of her way to accommodate me.
I initially booked this hotel for 4 nights, but ended up extending my stay to 8 — and honestly, I would have stayed even longer. I stay in a lot of hotels and tend to be fairly picky, but this was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the free breakfast each morning, the 24-hour coffee bar, free parking, and the ample EV chargers available for charging my car.
My room was on the smaller side, but since I was traveling alone, it worked perfectly. The layout was extremely functional and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom had plenty of storage space, a beautiful shower, and really nice shampoo and conditioner products. There’s also a small bar fridge, a hanging area for clothes with hooks, storage under the bench, and a movable table and chairs setup that worked great as a desk.
The bedding was exceptionally soft, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable — I slept great every night.
Tru by Hilton is definitely more of a basic, no-frills hotel, but they absolutely nail the essentials. Clean, comfortable, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to all of the staff who made my stay so enjoyable. Only two nights left, and I’m already going to miss it!
I enjoyed my stay at Tru. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious. Check in/out was very efficient and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room came with an included breakfast, which is convenient for our early start.
