予約完了とされているのに予約が取れていなかった。結局他のホテルをその場で取らざるおえなかった。立地はいいですが、、、

La posizione dell'appartamento è in una buona posizione, ben collegato ai mezzi pubblici e la vista dal 61° piano inconsueta. La pulizia della cucina e della biancheria lasciava un po' a desiderare. Entrando nell'appartamento abbiamo sentito un suono che non capivano da dove arrivasse... era l'asciugatrice carica di asciugamani e il lenzuolo per il divano letto era in lavatrice...

We are very much happy to stay there. Everything is very near with metro is walking. Apartment sit viewings from room is excellent.

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Close to everything. Pool area was spacious and quiet. Will be staying there again on out next trip to toronto

The stay was excellent. Awesome view, very clean, and very helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit itself very clean... the building hall need to be cleaned .especially carpet. Location was fantastic... had issue with tv which was never resolved..hope to hear from owner.

This property is the furthest thing from a 5 star accommodation. That Expedia ranked this along side the likes of Four Seasons hotel etc is totally absurd and misleading. I wouldn’t use the towels. No Kleenex was provided. The bathroom was at best a 3 star. Although Expedia marketed this property with concierge service Veeds sent instructions that as their guest we are not to to use the concierge service . Security was lax and many people would enter on one persons fob usage. My door lock was one felt bolt and the external hardware fell off while I was staying there. The shower was clean but had a clothe shower curtain with no lining. The water pressure was weak. The water was luke warm at best. The internet was spotty and the TV reception was intermittent. It was noisy both in the hallways, from neighboring apartments and from the roads outside. The only thing I’d rank positively was the check in process, it was quick. Expedia should be ashamed to rank this property as 5 stars and needs to reevaluate their ranking criteria.

The condo was close to restaurants, the aquarium and the CIN Tower. I also chose this place because it had a washer & dryer and I needed to wash clothes after a previous week of travel. For the most part there were no supplies provided (which I did not really expect since it was a condo), but thought there would be more towels; however, someone left a can of coffee and filters as well as leaving dishwasher soap and dryer sheets but we had to purchase laundry soap (which we left for the next guest). There were a number of things wrong with this place. 1 - Previous people left their discards (old shoes, a suitcase, etc.) by the front door and although the manager was informed, I have a feeling they are still there. 2- Even though one amenity listed was an exercise room, it was closed for some reason. 3 - The people who were cleaning the room said the dryer was not working properly - I figured out was wrong - NOBODY had ever cleaned the lint filter. (There was a mountain of lint -- okay so I exaggerated, but it was so bad that clothes were not getting dry until I cleaned it. There should be instructions to clean it!) 4 - I also had to fix the broken coffee filter, 5 - The veneer on the bed was coming off. 6 - When the wind blew, it seemed like someone was pounding on the wall (turning on the vent over the stove seemed to help). 7 - The TV stopped working. 8 - I called several times about the TV, but the on-site manager was "out" (perhaps avoiding my calls?).

Property ist full of bed Bugs. No Service no Help. Often no water in Theorie building. Wang tobget refunded all my clothes were füll of besten Bugs

Très satisfaite de mon séjour ! Très propre, belle vue, commodités, nombre de serviettes appropriées, bonne insonorisation, ascenseur rapide, très bien situé. Remarque à l’accueil, le service à la clientèle était plutôt froid. Nous avons eu un problème au départ car nous n’avions pas notre no de chambre mais seulement un no de confirmation. Nous avons dû re communiquer avec Expédia. Il faut envoyer une preuve d’identité et ensuite on nous envoi le no de chambre par e-mail. Il serait important d’aviser les gens de ce détail car à l’accueil ils ne savaient pas comment nous aider et ne comprenait pas. Excepté cet incident tout était parfait 👌 Bonne journée

elevator takes forever (wait more than 20 mins sometimes) other than that it was great.

깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 출장 목적이었지만, 커플이나 가족끼리 와도 좋다고 생각합니다. 위치도 좋았기 때문에 편안한 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다.

Amazing view, clean place, great location, would clearly recommand

The property view and location is awesome!! This is a very tiny condo and would not suggest anymore than two adults. It had all the necessities to make you feel at home. The TV did not work, there seem to be some warping on the floor near the kitchen sink and the tub did not drain very well. The bathroom lights stop working on the last night I stayed. It was not worth calling for any issues because I only stayed for two nights. If the facilities were taken better care of, I would rate this place a 5 for location, price, and view.
