O proprietário do apartamento foi mega solicito e super proativo em querer nos ajudar com alguns problemas que tivemos no começo da viagem. O apartamento era grande e super limpinho além da localização ser excelente. Eu recomendaria para todas as pessoas que estão buscando um local para se hospedar em Santiago.

El departamento muy bonito y cómodo, completamente equipado. Ubicado muy cerca de edificios históricos como el Palacio de Gobierno, Iglesia San Francisco (la más antigua de Chile). etc, como también de numerosas tiendas comerciales, supermercado y restaurantes. Pagamos con tarjeta de crédito sin problema, también estaba la opción de pagar en dólares o pesos chilenos. Seguro que volveremos!!!!!

Our original room was having bathroom issues so Vasily, the landlord, upgraded us to a better room at no additional cost. He even offered a ride across town and advice on activities. Customer service at its best. New room was beautiful, clean, and provided a most amazing view of Santiago and the Andes. Absolutely recommended!

Terrível experiência pois bookamos no cartao de crédito e ao chegarmos esperamos mais de 1hora pelo anfitrião, super cansados e o cara ainda veio com a desculpas que esqueceu a Maq de passar o cartão e fez a gente caminhar 20 min até uma casa de câmbio pois percebemos que o que ele queria mesmo era em espécie. Ele forçou a barra em tudo! Vimos mais hospedes no lobby do prédio levando chá de cadeira dele tb e iriam tb passar pelo mesmo constrangimento.

This is a small apartment in a condo building. There is no hotel service. It was well located, on the outskirts of the central area, within an easy walk to the Plaza de Armas and the main street. The apartment could have been made more comfortable with small additions: like a table or 2 beside the couch, more cooking pots & pans (there was only one large pot and one small pan), a living room lamp, and especially a fan - it was not air conditioned and in January was very hot! We had to leave the window open at night for the cooler air but it was very noisy with street noise. Also, basic tourist information (like a street map of the city) would have been useful. On the plus side, the giant fluffy towels were a nice touch, and the dishes were lovely. Otherwise, a nice small place, fairly well kept and clean, in a good location. Good if you are self sufficient and don't need hotel services.

Terrible travel experience. We landed in Santiago, and taxied to the address given. We showed up at an apartment building, and no one was there to greet us. The doormen were more helpful then the person renting the apartment/hotel to us. The owner never answered their phone calls or voicemails. We ended up walking the streets with all of our luggage until we found a nearby hotel. What ever you do avoid this place like the plague. or you will be out on the streets with your luggage like us. Money down the drain, and unhappy travelers.

The hotel was nice and the location was good, but I didn't like how we had to arrange a meeting with the owner of the apartments and pay cash. I was expecting it to be a normal hotel and it wasnt. I was ok with it but I think that could be risky for future travelers.

O Apartamento, é impecável, espaçoso limpo decoração excelente, a cama é ótima, a cozinha completa, tudo excelente. Porém, não tem portaria você é recebido por um agente do hotel na portaria de um prédio de escritórios, e não recebe nenhum mapa, nenhuma informação, uma vez que esse agente não fala e não entende português. Você esta praticamente na dependência dele que nem sempre aparece. Então, aqui vai uma dica Eu ficaria nesse hotel, sim, é bem localizado, depois que você saiba onde está. Então se vai a Santiago, fique nesse apart hotel, é ótimo, mas leve um mapa e leve todas as informações para aproveitar a viagem.

Trata-se de uma kit mobiliada, no coração de Santiago. Há um serviço de lavanderia mediante pagamento (cerca de R$ 20 por máquina - lavagem + secagem). Na época, o sistema de lavagem não estava aceitando moedas (nem para pagamento nem para troco), o que acabou fazendo com que perdêssemos 980 pesos (algo como R$ 5,00). A localização é muito boa. Pode-se ir a qualquer lugar a pé ou de metrô. Há farmácias, mercados, cafés e restaurantes por perto. O dono do imóvel é muito atencioso e ainda nos ofereceu o serviço de passeios (Valparaíso, vinícolas, Vale Nevado...), que contratamos apenas para 2 pessoas. Ele também nos buscou o levou no aeroporto (mediante pagamento de 22 mil pesos por trajeto - algo equivalente a 100 reais ou um pouco mais). Enfim... recomendo.
