Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport

The staff there are really friendly, and responsive. I will definitely consider this property again next time. And also recommend it to anyone.Free transportation to the airport, the food was very good. Thank you, for making our stay memorable.

Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !

Hotel was fine, but the shuttle experience was a bit of a mess.

The wait to check in was far too long. The single staff member at the desk said it was because of computer problems. The biggest problem, however, is the room did not have any towels! None. We called the front desk but they did not answer. I walked to the front desk and was told they would bring some up. After waiting for quite some time I went back to the front desk again and said I'd take the towels up myself but the woman said she would bring them right up. More waiting. I started to the front desk again and ran into the woman getting out of the elevator. We asked several times for a couple extra pillows. They were never delivered.

Close to the airport but had to wait longer for the free airport shuttle. Could have been more options in the dining menu, especially for vegetarians.

This hotel is a crash pad. Room service plates outside the door of three rooms on our floor on arrival, still there on departure 17 hours later. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast is so so. Don't even think of walking anywhere. The place is just gloomy.

Quarto com porta entre quartos. Escutava o som da descarga do outro quarto bem como conversas e risadas. Chuveiro com variação de temperatura. Transporte para aeroporto,check in, check out sempre lotados. Frigobar desabastecido. Restaurante lotado as 22h . Falta de itens no cardápio. Garçons dispersos no atendimento. Não voltarei ao Hilton

Very nice clean place. Very Friendly, Professional staff. Close to the airport.

Property is clean and spacious. Have snake and small instant meal available for purchase in the lobby in case you have a late flight.

Pitstop for airport. Plentiful free parking. Nice garden area.

We had a very nice night at the Hikton Garden Inn, Santiago Airport, because the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were so pleasant and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing allowed a quiet stay in spite of the proximity to the airport. The shuttle was easy to find. I would definitely stay again.

El Hotel esta bien situado cerca del aeropuerto en un lugar muy tranquilo pero lo mejor es el personal a penas entre una mirada una sonrisa de una persona que estaba recibiendo a la gente para cenar eso para mi es todo porque sentí la alegría de esa persona de estar ahí .Volvere

Bathrooms need a little extra clean up. Towels would have need to be replace (they did their time : holes, etc)
