Just a little layover stop for one night. Close to airport with transfers provided.

部屋は十分広く快適に過ごしました。 早朝便に乗るための前泊で、朝食は6時からなので摂りませんでした。 シャトルは無料でチェックイン時に予約、朝5時で予約しました。毎時発のスケジュールな様でした。空港までは10分程度。 ジムを利用しましたが一通り機種も揃い、しっかり汗を流す事ができました。 早朝便の時は又利用するかも知れません。

Cómoda, limpia , buena atención el único problema que le vi esque está algo retirado del centro pero si no te molesta andar en Uber es bueno eso si cerca del aeropuerto

Brand new hotel

Good, clean hotel. Friendly service. Good option for layover. Very limited options for dining.

I stayed here on two separate occasions. The hotel itself is clean & the bed itself comfortable. But upon closer examination, you can see some minor wear & tears in certain parts of the bathroom. This hotel is great for a night of sleep while you’re transiting via Santiago airport.

I would have rated them higher but they didn’t have hot water! So I had no choice to shower with cold water.

The staff there are really friendly, and responsive. I will definitely consider this property again next time. And also recommend it to anyone.Free transportation to the airport, the food was very good. Thank you, for making our stay memorable.

The amenities and outside place for relaxation are amazing

Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !

Hotel was fine, but the shuttle experience was a bit of a mess.

The wait to check in was far too long. The single staff member at the desk said it was because of computer problems. The biggest problem, however, is the room did not have any towels! None. We called the front desk but they did not answer. I walked to the front desk and was told they would bring some up. After waiting for quite some time I went back to the front desk again and said I'd take the towels up myself but the woman said she would bring them right up. More waiting. I started to the front desk again and ran into the woman getting out of the elevator. We asked several times for a couple extra pillows. They were never delivered.

Close to the airport but had to wait longer for the free airport shuttle. Could have been more options in the dining menu, especially for vegetarians.

This hotel is a crash pad. Room service plates outside the door of three rooms on our floor on arrival, still there on departure 17 hours later. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast is so so. Don't even think of walking anywhere. The place is just gloomy.
