A clean and well located hotel near 'downtown' Hanga Rua. Helpful staff. Simple but good breakfast. Big pool (but it was too cold outsude when i was there) and good access to sites and museums.

When we arrived at the property we found out that we didn't have a reservation with the hotel-even though Expedia had said that we were booked- so that was quite a surprise as you can imagine !With the island being heavily booked we were worried but the front desk lady was so wonderfully good that she took control of our situation and found us a spot at another hotel right next door for one night. Without her, it would have been terrible ! She was the best !! The hotel was lovely and in a perfect location and the breakfasts were great.
The grounds were lovely and ideal for relaxation .

This was a plant lovers paradise. So tropical and lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. Missed having TV and in-room internet but I guess it's good to disconnect while on such a lovely island!

Great location. The hotel is nondescript and has no signage indicating its presence. Very good breakfast. You’ll hear lots of bird sounds there including roosters that start their cries very early in the morning. There are other residences around the hotel, so you’ll hear their sounds as well, including their late-night music and banter.

Convenient location with only 5 minutes walk to seaside where nice restaurants located. Nice beautiful garden that it's a peaceful n pleasant walk everyday when going out/back. Room is clean, spacious with comfortable bed.

Very nice hotel in beautiful grounds and location is perfect. The staff are extremely helpful and it was no trouble when we had to change rooms. The first room we were offered was old and dark. It felt like a store room with a fridge unplugged and in the middle of the room. The bathroom was stained. Avoid 134. The new room was full of light and was comfortable. Shame there was no kettle or dressing table. But I would recommend as the staff made our stay very welcome and comfortable.
